The Cosmetics Company Store — Local services in Merrimack

This location says they close at 8 p.m. but I'm staring inside the store at 6:08 p.m. on a Monday where there are 2 employees inside but the doors are locked and neither of them will come to the door, nor are they answering the 2 phone calls I attempted, nor is there any sign on the door saying they were closing early today. So I have no idea as to why we were unable to go into this store that was over a 30 mile drive away. Cute! We had been looking forward to this for almost 2 weeks and drove an hour to get here after a full work day for nothing. EITHER OPERATE YOUR FULL HOURS AS STATED ONLINE OR UPDATE YOUR HOURS IF THEY HAVE CHANGED!! Stop wasting people's time, gas, money, wear and tear on their vehicles, and energy with fictional hours...

Very rude behavior from the heavy set manager with the lip fillers. I was browsing the shops at the outlets with some of my overseas executives, it was approximately 5:45PM when we went in to pick up some gifts. They didn’t offer any help and made it seem like a bother, then while we were picking up items and trying to get some assistance, the heavy set manager with the lip fillers yells at us “we are closing! I’m going to have to KICK you out!”. We had to scramble to the cashier with whatever we had and the cashier rang us up at 5:57PM needless to say we will never return....

The girls who work here couldn’t be more unprofessional and rude! It’s like a middle school drama fest & I will never set foot in this store again! I also heard that people were caught stealing at the Tilton location! Shame on them & obviously 🙄 they need to hire better & the execs clearly don’t care about anyone but...
