I had the worst experience here. The girl working on Saturday, July 13th, was incredibly rude to my mother and me. I take my time with big purchases like bags because I know I'll use them often. I was deciding between a bag in the store and a Coach bag I saw recently. She asked if we needed help three times in 30 minutes, and each time I politely declined. The last time, she asked if we needed help with prices, and I politely declined again and smiled, but she gave a rude look afterward. I always try to assume the best, so I left with my mom and asked if it was just me or if she really was being rude. My mom noticed her tone and expression, and we were both very offended. I left quickly because she made me uncomfortable, but I knew I wanted to buy a small coin purse. I was nervous to return because I hate confrontation and felt so unwelcome. When we came back, she sarcastically said, "Welcome back." The man who rang us up was kind and non-judgmental. I don't know what her problem was. I don't know if she thought we were stealing or couldn't afford anything, but she was very rude. I mean it's the Marc Jacob OUTLETS! Why are we behaving like this? Immediately after I drove to a coach store and bought the other bag I had been looking for. Maybe I am sensitive, but she ruined my day and I hope she stops being such a mean girl (atleast when she's at work)....
Read moreShowed up at 7pm to buy something at this store Marc Jacobs at the Merrimack outlets. Online says the store closes at 9pm. Manager and store worker were still inside with the doors locked not trying to look up to me. I Was trying to get there attention to get an explanation. Doesn’t have good customer service, ignored me until I kept knocking. Comes like 20ft to the front with a written sign that you can even see from the outside because of how far she was standing. I had to speak up an say online says 9pm. You guys need to change those hours if that is not the correct time. At least honor that 1 more customers that comes 30miles away to this specific store instead of not wanting to provide customer service. It’s your job, you were still on the clock. If you hate your job so much quit. At least the store worker was making eye contact and you could tell she wanted to help but because of her manager made her look like a horrible worker. Saturday...
Read moreI would like to put an incredible review in for this location not only are they knowledgeable about the team brand and style of what Marc Jacobs is I love going in to the location because the team is so friendly and helpful especially the General store manager Robin who has assisted me times with purchasing.
