First, Nautica has been a goto for me ever since I gained weight and was one of the few places I could find quality clothes that fit decently.
This latest visit on 12/16 was great. I had lost a significant amount of weight and the manager, Amy and her associates working that day were a joy to encounter. Amy took time to find me a specific size and give good advice about how they looked which was very helpful as I was shopping alone and couldn't get advice from anyone I'd normally seek. She was also able to give me insight on stocking and if and when I could find what I was looking for.
One thing I would hope Nautica would do as a company is make their website available to their associates IN STORE because had that been available, I would have ordered about 3 or 4 pairs of the style I was seeking that was not...

Good morning .. I usually stop in this store once a week or two . Today I got a really upsetting experience from one of your cashier named : Jeanne ( 11/02/2018 , 4.45 pm ) I bought a sweat shirt for my aunt and it was raining outside , so I requested her give me an extra bag as I don’t want to gift my aunt something in wet bag . But I should say ... the cashier who was rude and don’t know any thing relating to customer appreciation or who keeps the value for customer / who puts down your store / brand image down .. said NO to my request ... so plzzz plzzz kindly let her know what’s her part in sales and customer support .. and teach her or show her what’s humanity and mennrism ..
