Amazing Service! The sales women (Elizabeth) was Excellent! She greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us her full attention. She went out of her way and in depth to find pieces she thought I would like after listening to me explain the style I was going for. She even found pieces of jewelry she thought would look good on me as well. She was right there to open any cases and let us get a better look. Elizabeth answered all of our questions about the products (This woman defiantly knew what she was doing.) Hints why I ended up leaving with more than I anticipated! LOL :) I even ended up going back to buy more before we headed back out of state from our trip. The jewelry was awesome I loved the pieces I purchased. That was my first time shopping from Swarovski. Read moreThe staff today were incredibly rude. We asked to see jewelry from the case for a gift. The lady was like “can you wait, I only have two hands.” It was weird because we were definitely not rushing her at all. The other woman in the store was ranting on and on about another worker not returning her calls to come in. As a former retail worker I understand how busy things can get, but there is never an excuse to be rude. She changed her tune a bit after seeing we were spending nearly $600 on full priced items.
