ALDI — Local services in Merritt Island

ALDI, ALDI, ALDI... Where do I begin? I mean ALDI is just ALDI.. I honestly don't think there are ANY other stores that can compete with ALDI's prices, but I mean yeah ALDI is not bad. $200 at Publix gets you, MAYBE ¾ of a shopping cart.. $200 at ALDI, you need your neighbors help to bring the bags into the house. 🤣😂. Now granted, ALDI definitely does NOT have the amount of meats, poultry, & bakery as your other "Big Name" Grocery stores, BUT you can absolutely make it work. Their selection of meats & poultry are actually pretty decent quality.

Love the deals and most of the time it's a pleasant experience. Today however, the cashier starla or starlet, was completely rude. She tried to break my bottles of wine. I left them in the carrier to avoid rolling around the line and she said she couldn't scan them unless I took them out and proceeded to throw them in the cart beside her. Then smashed all my bakery products because I put them up wrong and it's not her fault. Also told me not to put my chicken in the clear bags because it's harder for them to scan. I have never heard of these things before. Have I been doing it wrong for 10+ years or was she just having a bad day because they called her up to reduce the line? Either way, I'll shop at the other Aldi to avoid...

Aldi is the best. Great prices and products. We get all our grocery essentials plus some nice extras, such as treats, beer or easy meals at very reasonable costs. We enjoy the shopping cart situation and not using plastic bags. Though they don't have absolutely everything, as with any store - for example, they didn't have popcorn kernels -- those are minor compromises, in my opinion, compared to the overall benefits... Plus the in-store experience and selection is mighty fine. The price/quality ratio cannot be beat. Clean, orderly, no fuss, efficient, and never overwhelming, I know I can come here for a quick grocery run and be pleased, not bamboozled, by the final cost. Def Aldi...
