What can I say? My husband and I were so impressed with Cloud 9. The whole service experience was EXCELLENT. Brice was the salesperson who is NOT on commission. The people here are part of a family owned business so there is NO HARD SELL. Everyone is knowledgeable, committed to service and full disclosure. Since they don't advertise, they count on word of mouth referrals....then they pass that cost savings on to you! REALLY. What a novel approach...charge customers a fair price, back up your products with service and commitment and feel confident that you will get referrals.

With the above said, my husband and I have been looking to buy a Tempurpedic for the past two years but the cost was really prohibitive. When we found out about Enso (which is the only brand Cloud 9 carries) we started to do our homework in earnest. The Enso is every bit as good as Tempurpedic...as a matter of fact...we now think it is better and at half the cost. Did you hear me???Half the cost!

For the first time...in a long time...we feel confident in our current Enso Denali twin motorized bed purchase and we are looking forward to doing more business at Cloud 9 in the future. Dealing with Brice and Scotty (the owner) was a pleasant and educational experience.

We plan on going back to Cloud 9 in a few months and buying a new Master Bedroom set because we trust "cloud 9".

We recently purchased living rm, dining rm and 1 spare bedroom furniture from Cloud 9 Mattress and Furniture. Scotty and Kim and their team are Amazing. I had been looking for about a year and a half for the kind of couch I wanted. I was in the Mall one day with my daughter and grandkids when we were down by Cloud 9. I saw my couch in the front of the store and ran over there and fell in love. I knew it was the one so I was done looking. I went in and talked first to a sweet lady that works for them and told her I love this couch but it would be about 6 months or so because we were doing a lot of work on our house and painting everything inside first. We were also throwing in a 2 wk trip for our 35th wedding anniversary, but it was definitely the couch I was looking for. I was totally changing the whole inside of our house so it was a process. In the mean time I visited my couch often, they were so awesome always there to help anything I needed. We ended up finding the other 2 rooms of beautiful furniture and it's all done now. Thank you all for recommending Cloud9 Furniture at the Merritt Island Mall. I was looking to trash my entire living room and dining furniture, install new flooring and purchase new furniture.

I like to keep my business local, so per your recommendations, I went by and met the owners of Cloud9, Scotty and Kimberly.

From the moment we walked in the store, Scotty and Kimberly greeted us and helped us choose a beautiful living room and dining room set, there was no sales pressure.

We were planning on hiring a mover to haul away our old furniture, but quickly learned that Cloud9 delivers the new and hauls away the old furniture. Our old furniture was removed, new floors were installed and our new furniture was the delivered the following day, great planning with the help of Cloud9.
