Route 66 nutrition — Restaurant in Florida

I have had proteins shakes from many other places, but none like the one I just had from Route 66 Nutrition. The cinnamon toast crunch was spot on with flavor unmatched by any other smoothie I’ve had. Or was it a milkshake, it was absolutely delicious. I am looking forward to trying all of the flavors.

I cannot say enough about the donuts. They were an amazing way to start a day.

I think with everything in total I may have had 11 g of sugar. Perfect for my eating habits. After two hours of eating the donuts and drinking a smoothie I have this amazing energy level that usually drops off about now. I don’t feel bloated or lethargic, which I was wondering about before eating the donuts.

Yes I did it all six.

I found this amazing place on a recommendation. From the first time I walked in, I knew it was for me. I have not had anything I didn’t enjoy! I purposefully buy things to share at work do they can share the experience I do. The atmosphere is so quaint! Great music and hilarious show on tv. The conversation among the owners and other patrons is incredible. The owners make me feel as if I’m family ❤️. I have been working on myself and this fabulous place allows me to stay on target. So appreciative of this find. I text my order at least an hour before to allow them time to prepare. Busy busy establishment and I like to be considerate of a small mom and pop place. Route 66 Nutrition is another hidden gem in Brevard! The menu is full of fun, flavorful shakes, waffles, and acai bowls! Today I had a protein coffee and the waffles with strawberries... both were absolutely delicious. Both of the owners are amazing people and are so welcoming! I can't wait to visit again! It's a family owned business (with a made to order menu) so if you're in a rush, it may be best to call ahead. But if you have the time, just relax and take in all the cool design elements scattered across the shop!
