Pozzy Bros Pizza — Restaurant in Merritt Island

Omg, this is my new favorite pizza joint in Brevard County! My favorite used to be Bizzaro Pizza in Merritt Island until I tried this new one that opened up last September 2020. I honestly have never had a pizza taste so good! I have ordered almost every pizza on their menu and have never been disappointed! My hubby and I have ordered calzones, cold subs, pizza, garlic knots, canolis and everything has always been so delicious! They also have some things that aren't in their menu that they will make for you as well. They make your food fast and what's best is that they don't charge delivery fees! If you haven't tried them yet, you don't know what you are missing! I wish I could give them 10 stars! The only downside I could think of this store is that I wish they were open on Monday nights. I will never order from Pozzy Bothers Pizza again. I ordered a delivery about two months ago from the Merritt Island location of a pepperoni pizza and garlic knots and when it was delivered the pizza was hard as it apparently had been sitting a long time before it was delivered. When I called the restaurant to complain they offered to bring a replacement that would take another hour to arrive or I could get a credit for a free pizza on a future purchase. I opted to go with the credit. I called tonight to take advantage of my credit and was told that the credit was only good for a week or two from that time and they would not honor it. I was not told there was any expiration on the credit when it was originally offered to me. I always order from the Cocoa location and after today I will stick to that location. Today while at work our company paid for a pizza party for winning our back to school donation contest. My company is located in Merritt Island. I raved about how good Pozzy's was and to say the least I was HIGHLY disappointed. We placed the order at 11am and one of the team members picked the pizza up around 11:30. We ordered 3 different types of pizza and every single one tasted like they had been sitting in the box for weeks. Being that we placed this order so early we should've had freshly made pizza, not leftover pizza from however many days ago. You could clearly see where they had just thrown it back into the oven to reheat. I will not recommend this place again, we'll stick to Bruno's or Bizarrro's...
