Coco Buffet — Restaurant in Florida

We're from outside of town and thought we would give this place a try. Huge disappointment! Food had an offer taste like it was old. The crab tasted spoiled. The fried chicken tasted way off, like the oil may have been bad.

The drinks were filled quick and plates removed fast. The service was good so they get a second star. However, that star is yanked and I wish we can do negative stars.

We got the bill and it was $73.32. Walked up to pay the bill and they auto added tip. The price went to $116.32 followed by a service charge of $16.31 for using a card to pay the bill. Not cool. So they added $43 for the tip on their own! A 58% tip? What the hell!?! Then a service charge on top of that of...

The service was great, we did not have to wait on drinks being refilled or removal of dirty dishes. The atmosphere was inviting for all demographics. The food was fresh, hot when needed and cold when necessary. The sushi bar was consistently replenished and that was a plus. The hibachi service was fast and part of the buffet as well. I usually detest buffets but this was a GOOD FIND.....
