Target — Local services in Merritt Island

This review is specifically related to our experience working with Megan Johnson who helped us get brand new AT&T phones for my whole family.

Megan very politely stopped me while I was shopping with my son and asked about my wireless plan. Typically, I will respond to this type of thing by replying I'm not interested and move along. However, Megan's friendliness and thorough knowledge of AT&T's current promotions got my attention.

Megan was able to sign us up for four lines and new phones and somehow save us a whopping $80 (30%) per month on our wireless bill!

There was a glitch in the system that prevented our phones from being shipped to our house, but Megan came to my rescue and got it taken care of.

We had to go and get my husband a new phone. He waited in the line for someone to help us while I browsed the Bluetooth speakers. I decided to get one. When we finally got someone to help us she got the phone for my husband and went behind the counter. I asked her not to ring us up yet because I wanted one of the speakers that were locked up. She told me she could at least ring it up. Ok great. But she rang it up and told us our total. I said what about the speaker. She stated we could just ring it up as a separe transaction. We didn't want a separate transaction. We were just there for a quick in and out. Needless to say we didn't get a speaker and we won't go back. Staff is very friendly and healpful. I'm handicapped a customer helped me get the cart into the "acessible" restroom. The door is extremely heavy. I had to call target to have someone let me out. There isn't a handicap button that opens that 10 ton door. When I called, the operator transferred me. No one came. Called twice. Then I just started yelling " help let me out". Did I mention I'm claustrophobic. This went on way too long. Finally a customer heard me and got the floor manager for the cashiers. She was very helpful. I was very distraught. She offered me a starbucks. I've. Even back in my own power chair and it's the same. Also this Target has a really small grocery section. I've heard other customers complain about that.
