Burlington — Local services in Merritt Island

Since the store has opened, it is disgusting. It is a disaster. Nothing is ever in place. You can come here every day since it’s been opening. There’s nothing new in there. It’s just a disaster everywhere. They’re very rude employees you stand in line for over an hour just to pay for something they always have one maybe two registers open if that most the time it’s one you literally can go down the aisle where the rugs are there all over the place. Nobody straightens up anything. This is a disgusting store. save your time save your energy, gas and mileage. Go to the one on Wickham Road where they have tons of more stuff. They’re very respectful. Everything is in order this store here it’s just another Store for all the boat people to come to and buy if I could give them -100 stars I would but OSHA definitely needs to be called on this place. It’s a trip hazard everywhere it’s disgusting food left in the car. It’s the whole 9 yards I wouldn’t give them two cents time of my day it’s disgusting and I have the pictures to prove it people open the bags of food eat out of it leave it on the shelf I came here 2 1/2 weeks ago. I would like to alert those in charge of this store for a case of theft due to carelessness or attention to work, yesterday we visited the store and made a purchase, we trusted that all our purchases would be put in the bag and the payment was made, to our surprise when we got home the shorts and the blouse that accompanied the nightgown were missing from the set, the employee who helped us at the checkout was a black woman over 30 years old, be very careful when you buy in this store make sure you have all your clothes in the bag, to the store managers please verify my information on the security cameras, it is unfortunate that the store is affected by one of its employees doing...

Update : I’ve been in to this location several times since my original review. There is never anything new. Quite frankly I wouldn’t even consider this an actual “Burlington”. Also any time I’ve tried to actually buy something it takes upwards of 15-20 minutes to check out due to lack of employees.

This really isn’t like any other Burlington that I’ve been in before. It is clean but there’s not really much that pops out at you. It’s new so I will hold off on giving it a lower rating. I do hope they get more inventory, and perhaps a few extra cashiers to speed up the checking...
