Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

I have been to many different Starbucks between Cocoa Beach, MI, Rockledge and Titusville. Even this one on Courtney. I placed my very easy order. Lexie at the window needs costumer service lessons. I would never say as I'm placing items in a guests hands "here's this" x2, I had 2 items. And in a tone like she didn't want to assist me. As I waited for my drink I asked for a receipt. She totally ignored my request. She did how ever comment how tired she was. I myself work in hospitality and definitely know costumer service. I treat my guests like I would want to be treated. They actually pay my wages. Please share with Lexie, please be more kind when assisting guests with their items they order besides saying here's this and a derogatory tone. How about ma'am I have your hot coffee ready for you with you ham and cheese sandwich. With a smile and and up beat voice. Maybe you'll get a tip. Worse service at any Starbucks...

Around 10am went to Starbucks on 97PW+M3 Merritt Island, Florida small moca latte (wife's coffee) and a large latte with a shot of hazelnut and espresso and make it kid temp . ( have to make it kid temp because of my fillings in my teeth) got the order thru the drive thru . Me and my wife burned our hands handling my coffee that was supposed to be kids temp and the lid wasn't fully on so the coffee spilled in my car as well. I was very upset with the manager and expressed my thoughts. The manager apologized multiple times and made me a new coffee and gave me towels to clean the coffee up in my car. I did appreciate the managers help. The coffee that the manager remade was discussing so I thru it away right their in front of their starbucks. That was the last straw for starbucks coffee and i only drink starbucks buy from the store to not no more. Dunken is now my choice for coffee...

I gave this a 3 star average because; 1). The Mocha frappuccino was amazing! 2). Customer Service was very good. The young man working there was very very sweet, I believe his name was Chase. 3). The place is inside a Target I had to weave my way thru a bunch of carts to get to Starbucks (not Starbucks fault) Starbucks itself was a wreck stock door was open, there was stock that needed to be put up, tables needed cleaning, basically everything needed to be wiped down. Now that I have written a review I'm going to bump it up a star since the maze of carts was not a Starbucks fault. My Mocha was...
