Cuba Bistro — Restaurant in Merritt Island

We walked in and it was busy. We ordered our food to go because it was so busy. There is a Small amount of seating inside. 3 tables that sit 4. There is a small wrap around high top bar you can sit on that sits 4 people. Just as our food came out a table opened up. There is a bathroom, we did not go in it.

The drinks we ordered were: passion fruit juice which was tasty. She got a cortadito that was also on point, and Spanish soda which was good if you are into malt drinks. As we were eating they brought out samples of the guava milkshake and I must say even with being lactose intolerant I had to try some and I would have suffered through had I not already been full. Maybe another day.

I got the ham and cheese sandwich. My fiancé got the midnight Cuban. All of which was good. They had sample croquettes and guava pastels to try. All of which was good. Well also got a Nutella discos, queso pastels, and a gauva/queso.

Can’t wait to try a couple more things from this place...

This new place is amazing! I tried The Caribbean Cuban sandwich, which is their house special sandwich. It was amazing! Super flavorful beef with pineapple and the cheese all in one sandwich was perfect. The portion is amazing too! I also tried their Cuban Scramble for breakfast. That was an also very delicious.
