Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Missing Phone at Banner Urgent Care
Dear Banner Urgent Care Management,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your facility recently. On 6/12/24 I visited your clinic 15 minutes before closing time with my 2-year-old daughter, who had a pool accident earlier that day. As we are on vacation, I needed to ensure her vitals were checked for any potential issues as she was acting not like herself.
During our visit, I used my phone to help soothe my daughter while waiting in the patient room. Unfortunately, in the rush to leave as the last patient of the day, I accidentally left my phone in the room. Upon realizing this just minutes into our ride home, I used my sister's phone to check my phone's location, which indicated it was still at Banner Urgent Care but could not update further, suggesting it had been turned off. Calling the phone went straight to voicemail.
We promptly returned to the clinic around 8:35, but the office was already dark and closed. I encountered a staff member in the parking lot who kindly checked inside for my phone but reported no findings. The next morning, I arrived as soon as the clinic opened at 8 AM, hoping someone had turned in my phone. Unfortunately, nothing was reported found, and a personal scan of the room yielded no results.
I am extremely distressed by this incident. It is highly unprofessional for a staff member to turn off and potentially steal a patient's phone, especially considering the urgency and sensitivity of the situation involving my young daughter. As a visitor on vacation, losing my phone, which contained my ID and credit card, has significantly impacted my ability to navigate and enjoy my trip.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to address the dishonest behavior of your staff. Recovering my phone is of utmost importance to me, and I hope you can assist in this regard before I return home. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of your facility, and I hope it can be resolved promptly and professionally.
My name and contact number was left with the front desk.
Thanking you...

I filled out the secure request from Banner and have heard absolutely nothing. 2nd, As mentioned I went for medical care outside of Banner after giving the 3 opportunities to he me fund wellness. The lack of test, the ER doc blaming it on gird (acid reflux), and finally the 3rd doc and 3rd co-pay and only writing a script for nasal spray. Flonase proved something very important. Banner is unqualified to practice medicine.
A week after going to “My Doctor Now” and the PA being very observant with how bad my cough was ran a blood test. He was so sure I had MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIAE Ab IgG (walking pneumonia) he put me on a very strong antibiotic. I was finally (3 days) getting some relief from my out of control coughing. The results came in positive.
I highly recommend if you need medical attention, go to My Doctor Now and stay away from anything Banner. I asked for a refund of my co-pays and like I said, no response.
If I could give a zero I would. Let this public statement stand as a witness of liability. April 8, 2025 I went to Banner on Chisom and Southern I was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis (cough) & head cold . The doctor prescribed a cough syrup, Mucinex and a steroid for the cough. Saturday, April 12,2025 my cough worsened so my husband felt it best to take me to the Banner ER (Higley?). That was absolutely the worst ER visit I ever experienced in 66 years. Monday night my ears popped and I had a loud ringing and I could barely hear anyone. Tuesday, April 15, 2025 I returned back to Banner Urgent Care and I told the doctor the cough had not changed and I was starting to feel a lot of pressure in my ears and head. The doctor prescribed me Flonase. Since that visit I have worsened. I called them and stated I was in there on Tuesday and I need an antibiotic. She told me I needed to come in a 3rd time for a 3rd $55 co pay. I stated that is not going to happen. I will be following up on Monday. I the mean time I am filing a complaint with my insurance company and any one else, like Banner...
Read moreFront staff was nice. Took longer then then the 10 mins for check in and the place was dead. I made a appointment on wed at this location (or so i thought) when I walked in the woman behind the desk stated I didnt have a appointment at this location. I got upset and of course I threw a little fit and I walked out I told her that we used to be able to call and make appointment and that making appointments online as hard after further investigation I noticed that the app that I used to set up my appointment with you was changed over to the office and Phoenix automatically and so my appointment was actually in Phoenix instead of the one five minutes from my home I'm not sure how that happened I didn't choose that location I chose the location on Southern and Crismon. I left my ID card and my insurance card on Wednesday at this location when I was upset when I went in today Friday I noticed that I had left my information there because I didn't have my driver's license or my insurance card the stuff that was on site today was not the same stuff that was on site on Wednesday I told them my story and the fit that I threw and they looked everywhere for the cards with nowhere to be found I guess it's my own fault for throwing a little fit I'm not sure needless to say I did come in for my appointment today and I did get the much-needed help from the nurse practioner that I was looking for and now I have to order a new ID and insurance card note to self please don't throw fits at the...
