Pulled right up to the speaker in the drive through. there were only about 5 cars ahead that had already placed their order. I waited for the standard 2-3 minute before I asked for help, was told " Sorry for the wait, we will be with in a minute", ok that seemed right,,. After waiting for 8-9 minutes, I decided to again say hello, can you help me. I repeated this about 15 times before some one decided to acknowledge, I was still waiting. Finely someone would take my order. Someone finely came on. I was hoping that they would then take my order,, but no, I was told " We already told you it would be a 15 minute wait. What? no one said that. I've been here for 10 minutes, can you take my order now? "No it will be a 15 minute wait, we have several large orders ahead of you." I asked, so I have to wait 25 minutes for you to just take my order? I've already waited 10 minutes. She then told me " Yes, I am telling you right now it will be another 15 minutes, you can leave if you don't want to wait." But I have a car behind me waiting in line. I was then told, " Well I am sure they will back up for you". Thankfully, the care behind us was nice enough to back up and let us out, I sure Wasn't going to wait 15 minutes just to give my order and who knows how long till I could get to the window to get that said order,, maybe 15-20 minutes longer to wait??

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The restaurant was immaculately clean, with not a single detail overlooked. It's clear that Daryl takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment for his customers.

Read moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced. I filled out a survey on the back of a receipt last time I came for a free whopper with a purchase of a drink and a side. I gave the cashier at the counter my receipt that showed I had filled out the survey, and then I bought my fries and the drink so I could get the free whopper. The cashier forgot to give me my cup, so I had to come back and ask for it. After waiting for a while, I get my fries, but no whopper. I ask about it, and a manager that looked like he just got out of bed tells me I have to buy a side and a drink to get the whopper, so I show him that I already bought the fry and drink. He then essentially tells me to buy another fry and drink to get my whopper. I further explain my situation because I didn't want to pay again, so he tells an employee to get me a whopper. The manager then angrily gave me a whopper, and I apologized for the inconvenience, but he still acted upset. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I tried to be friendly and patient, but they didn't return the favor. Would not recommend.
