Below you can see my previous review however today on July 11th 20:25 I went out of my way to go here and spend a little extra money that this place normally cost. I got a double butterburger with cheese I upgraded to cheese curds and got a soda. Did cheese curds are on point and actually better than normal. The burger was really not good at all borderline McDonald's. The patties were dry had almost no flavor I asked for everything on it all I got was lettuce my top bun was burnt. For $16 I was really expecting more I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant in order to Bigger Burger that tasted much better than this and been happy with my purchase. Really really disappointed in this visit I don't know that I'll be back again
2024 review Definitely one of the pricier options when it comes to fast food hamburgers but the quality of their food is far better than most. The cheese curds are out of this world, make sure you ask for ranch or you won't get any LOL the patties are cooked very well and a lot of the time you get crispy edges which is awesome. You get to put whatever you want on your burger for the most part for no additional charge this includes the kids meals. The kids meals are pretty good deal of being that you get a drink french fries which are substantially large and a cheeseburger which seems to be almost the normal size for an adult as well as a small custard, flavor of the child's choosing which you can get at the time or bring back the bag and get one later. If you save 10 of these bags you get another free kids meal. They have a little freezer with all sorts of different flavored custards to bring home and try. Every Culver's location I've ever been to the employees have been extremely friendly. Every location I've been to has been very clean as well including the restrooms and the service has always been very fast regardless of how...
Read moreMy husband got 2 pc cod dinner, he was told drinks cost separate, we got water. When they brought food, their paper showed a drink included, we only got water. His fries were old and barely warm. I got a burger and onion rings, no onion rings. The price on the board was way less than the prices they rang up. My receipt shows much different! I asked, they said oh well cost is up. Don't they have to honor what they advertise? They said, you want it, pay what the register says. Never got to see a manager. So, french fries not hot and fresh, no onion rings, no drinks, prices wrong! There were 8 of us, all went to register as 4 couples separately, every order was mixed up! How can this happen? I want a refund! Also, we got ice cream, today was cookie dough. There was hardly any carmel or fudge or ice cream. All disgusting cookie dough. Gips! Gips! Gips! 11- 4 they were very busy, we got an ice cream to share. Our wait was only a few minutes. It was turtle. Pretty good, but hardly any caramel. Chocolate only on the top. Went there yesterday. The ad on TV said Walleye until April 9th. Already ran out. We both had deluxe butterburgers. They do not have the original taste. Just like any old burger now. Very disappointed! Had onion rings. They were pretty bad, like cardboard with no taste! The ice cream was more like ice milk this time. Not at all creamy! Won't be going there anymore! We used up our gift card, so no reason to ever go...
Read moreMe and my wife have been reading reviews for Culver's and had been thinking of trying it for some time now. We went in for the first time tonight. My wife ordered the Reuben with fries and drink and I ordered the Swiss melt. My wife made a comment that any Denny's or Village Inn would have been much more generous with the corned beef and sauerkraut on her Reuben which I agreed with, it looked like the sauerkraut was skimpy. The sandwich was a little bit greasy and seem to be missing the Thousand Island dressing that accompanies a real Reuben. That being said the other eateries spoken of are probably around the same price range. The Swiss melt that I ordered was in the $5 range and was not too bad, had good flavor and was about the same amount of meat and bread you get on a double at in and out. After having our sandwiches we decided to try out their custard that we'd heard about. I told my wife to order the smallest size that they had and we would split it to try. She returned with a pint of vanilla custard for four-fifty and explained to me that she did not see anything on the menu board for smaller sizes. The first thing I noticed about the vanilla custard was small bits of ice in it which is not very good, so I would not get that dessert again. So overall we give it a two and a half to three stars. We will not be in a big hurry to get back there but we may come back to try the fish because people were raving...
