Okay, honestly this location has gone to trash. I am appalled that you're even OK to have a manager Nick And staff that Also has no care but once I got to meet the manager I realized why the staff has no care for customers, drinks or service! I had a very messy drink and as I was standing there trying to clean it myself, which should never even be happening It was getting all over my clothes and my nike sandals... I could see employees saw, but nobody wanted to even offer to help as I walked back and forth from napkins to the drink about six times anyway, at some point I asked a female named ariana to Wipe my drink and put a new lid on because it would not stop spilling out. She grabbed it with little to no response. And as I'm wiping my shoe again I look up and she already has my drink there...still puddled with coffee and a mess and shes gone already! So I see her and ask if she already did it because it literally looked the same. Since I got nowhere with her. I began to clean it again myself While other employees still could tell that I was a little upset of the treatment And how my drink was.... So before I left, I asked another employee. What the manager's name of the store was when Nick, the "manager"apparently appeared and did not Let me say one word about Ariana before kicking me out of the store. Starbucks this is sad hirement for you. You can do better? I hope... anyway he told me he had her working and she wasn't getting paid or on the clock. So he didn't want to hear anything about her or his employees and I could get out. He did not even let me explain my story or care about my experience Or drink! I said wow I haven't even spoke a word and on camera It will show that you did not even let me speak to you And you're kicking me out of the store.... he said it over and over! I hope the footage is reviewed. Dont ever speak to woman or ANYONE this way. It is not MY PROBLEM you have people working when not getting paid. This is a very bad thing to get caught doing. Also I was shaking when I left. It should have NEVER gotton like this due to the employees then manager teatment. Very easy fix!! I had my grandbaby and daugher in the car and wanted a happy fun experience! This manager is honestly scary to deal with. Read moreI usually place my orders online for speed, but I had cash that I wanted to use and that meant interacting with the staff. The last two times I have been in the drive through they have been snippy and inconsiderate. First time they had a new girl on cashier and I ordered the apple chai, she misheard me and put pumpkin down instead. I repeated my order a few times until we got the apple chai figured out. Well the manager had looked over her shoulder and made me the pumpkin chai on accident. The window was open and the two employees argued over whether or not they would let me have the free chai AS IM SITTING THERE IN MY CAR LISTENING TO THEM. The second time I went through and ordered the apple chai (it’s so good). Every coffee I order is a venti, and I always start my order with “venti ice chai”. Well I get to the window and it’s the same new girl on training. She collects from me and then hands me a small chai. I mention that it was supposed to be a venti and she apologized and said they would remake it. Well the manager decides to get snippy with me saying “we won’t charge you this time but next time let us know beforehand what size you want”, to which I replied “I DID, I explicitly ordered a venti”. The manager still said “we still need to know beforehand so we won’t charge you THIS TIME”. I was so irritated with her. Let’s just say that maybe I didn’t tell her a venti (which I did), The employee never asked what size, which is not my problem. Also one time I placed a drive thru order on accident and when u came into the store they were very rude about making sure I pick the right option the next time. Literally every other Starbucks I’ve been to has never hassled me about that. Overall super disappointing, everyone has a job, just because yours sucks doesn’t mean you get to be a jerk. Read moreNot one to actually post negative reviews. After multiple poor experiences I can no longer go to this location nor recommend anyone going to this location. This latest visit I order at the counter and waited in store. Multiple people were waiting extended periods and the staff was apologizing over and over. Another customer left stating the size was incorrect that she ordered and that she was overcharged. My coffee never came. I came to the counter and asked after about 12 minutes if they forgot my order. I was told they thought it was a mobile order, then found out by a customer phone call while they were refunding my money that it was handed out the drivethru window. This is not the first nor second time I have been forgotten about while entering and ordering from the counter at this store. This is now the third time this has happened. I do not recommend this store due to multiple mistakes seen at time of service and not during peak hours. With three mistakes including my order while I was waiting it would be hard to believe this is not a daily occurrence.
