Great selection of items- kinda nuts that people camped overnight for the opening and there were lots of people unfortunately cutting the line in the front- noting, they were cutting the line that had people waiting since 4-5 am today even. You canāt hold large items at the register even if you pay for it too. Although I did see them letting a few people do it but not everyone. Cameron was an amazing cashier and helped me quickly to check out and felt like a breath of fresh air considering the dog pile it was inside the building. I will say the chair I bought that was boxed WAS broken pretty badly so Iām not sure that all things are functional or working, which is unfortunate but kinda comes with the bin process since things are tossed in. People were also blocking entire isles for themselves to camp with large items and it did take away from a lot of the shopping experience sadly. Wish you guys would limit the big furniture items- like futons limited one per family/group because every week itās the same people getting all of them. Hoarding them in the back creating traffic jams- they canāt be hidden because theyāre large. I just wish they were a āby the counter itemā that was more limited so other people could get them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAwesome place other than the Hispanic gentleman running one of the check out register made this poor woman checking out feel like a criminal on dollar day if you can believe it. He started opening all her boxes telling her she must pay for each individual itemized n that box when this is not true. I was informed by another employee that all items displayed in a box is consider a single item. Example if there are 5 pairs of sunglasses in a box that iis one item and should be rang up as such. Her price soon grew and grew as he started counting up anything as a single item. There are employees helping on the floor that will help you figure out what's to what. Just avoid the Hispanic gentleman at register and you will enjoy to be experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot there early on opening day, and was 15th in line. By two hours before opening, there were about 60 people ahead of me, all just pushing their way in or spaces held by friends or relatives. I , as well as some others, got disgusted and left. I called and talked to someone, telling them to monitor and control the crowd, but from what I've seen and heard, it is still chaos. On opening day, a bully pushed a woman down, and also made threats to others in line so that he could get a certain item they had gotten there early to buy. The bullying is still happening, and people are scared to even get there early...
