Greetings from Tuscon!!! I am a regular customer that drives down from Tuscon to be coming "HOME" to a store that I love.. I have been a regular customer for years and they only keep getting better in this store. Recently I had gone in there after loosing my sister to cancer. I was met by Karen who is the front end manager. She took me under her wing as tears were flowing and lead me to an area of the store that I so needed to touch my heart. It was the "in memory" area and as the tears were endless she didn't leave my side. I so needed that at that time.
This past weekend I had my daughter in from Minnesota looking at wedding designs and items for her table. After making several purchases, I had introduced her to the store in which she totally fell in love with. We were in there for hours and hours. We also had the opportunity to meet Marlene in framing which she had some awesome ideas for us to utilize, purchase and picked her brain. Karen had come back to see that we had connected and shared that we were in good hands!!!
Your team is remarkable and so glad to call you part of our family!! This is a one stop shop for all of your needs. I am thrilled to know that I can go there and browse, think and get absorbed into my little secret hide a way.
Keep up the good work and know that you will have a loyal customer that will drive the distance to work with people that I am comfortable with and that know me by name. You have made my shopping experiences great ones!!! You have also made my daughter feel like a bride with your selections of items that she will be calling you to order for her tables.

Read moreI give this 2 stars only because it has a wide selection of goods on hand and the store is brilliantly clean. Prices are a bit high on some items but they are entitled to charge what they think they can get. The low rating is because racial profiling is alive and strong in this store.
Its a shame. I like the store and I like the goods. It is 2 miles from my home so its a breeze to get to and actually see the item in person but the security following me around the store is so obvious that is is ludicrous. Think bad keystone cops. Yesterday I hear the security alert over the PA.
Yes I am Latin. Puerto Rican to be exact but born in NYC. My first and only language is English. Retired but worked a great career running multi million dollar companies and actually came out here to help open the Childrens museum of Phoenix. I am a College Educated vet who made 6 figures and managed teams up to 50 people across the country but I cant go buy some trinkets without raising alarm. In my retirement I make crafts and sell some on the internet. Have to stay busy.
Before anyone starts with "well what are you doing" I am simply shopping. My hair is combed, I dont go out without being presentable, wear a clean tee and a pair of shorts because hey .. I paid my dues and now I get to walk around comfortable and with no worries.

Humililating expierence. I had been in line to make a few purchases and the hundred dollar bill that was handed to the cashier did not read "clear" on the bill scanner . The manager was then waved over and without further ensuring that it was for sure a counterfeit bill, I was told my bill would be kept in her pocession and that the bill would not be given back and she will need to call the local police. At this moment, I was shaken for the thought of a counterfeit bill. I had suggested to run a counterfeit bill "pen". The bill was then taken two registers over to what I believe for a closer look to reveal that the bill I handed was in fact , real. It was a humililating expierence for me to be placed on the spot in front of other customers and to be accused by the employees without taking further steps to make sure if it was real or a counterfeit bill. I Left this store very humiliated and it was a very embarrassing moment that left me shaking. The cashier and manager did not apologize for the experience just a vocal "this happens". I did call the Hobby Lobby same location I had made my purchases right after and spoke with the manager and was given an apology over the phone then. I understand procedures, however if I had not suggested for a "bill pen" or motion to further investigate the bill I would have had the police called and...
