I'm going to do everyone the courtesy of being very blunt with this review. The pizza is inexpensive and a good way to feed a lot of kids in a hurry. Note: Most kids eat plain cheese pizza but they do not have plain cheese ready to go if you just walk in. So plain cheese you have to order ahead or wait. There is not a lot of room to wait, 3 or 4 chairs, and when there are 10 people waiting be very careful. Although everyone watches out pretty good, one wrong turn and you'll be crashing into someone. There is a Pizza Portal, which is where you order online, and you get a notification when your pizza is ready. You can go in and get it out of the portal when it's ready; something to watch out for, if they are having a promotion where you get a free 2 liter, of course that will not be in the portal. Get a cold one out of the cooler or off the stacks of drinks on the wall. I hate to say it, but sometimes they do not put the crazy bread in the portal with your pizza, although reach in the very back and double check, I have never had the sauce in the portal with the bread. Maybe it would fall through the rack?, so make sure to ask for your sauce because they will not remind you. From what I have experienced over the past 3 years of going here like once a week or every other week with the staff is that that workers at this location generally like to work and will do what they can to take care of you, I think whoever does the hiring has a pretty good head for finding people to add to the crew that will keep it positive and do their job. Still, there will be mistakes, so it's best if you hang out right in there and kind of keep on top of your order. The other night we ordered from the portal and I figured something was wrong since i had been waiting about a half hour and nothing had changed in the portal, even though the waiting room had filled up and emptied about 2 or 3 times. Finally I check and in the email it said the order was supposed to be ready about 10 minutes earlier. I went in and told the employee my name and she whispered to the dude behind the curtain. He pointed and she grabbed the 4 pizzas from behind somewhere and then I had to tell her there was supposed to be bread and the sauce. Don't waste your time talking to them if you know you get a 2 liter, just grab it on the way out, they don't care. Try to stay away from the rushes if you're in a hurry or if you are trying to get a large order (4 pizza +) It always seems like something makes things take a bit longer, even if it's just pepperoni pizzas, cheese pizzas and bread. The extra most best pepperoni pizza is a dollar more but really worth the buck, its one of the best 6 dollar pizzas I have ever had. Don't get me wrong, I love this place, I can feed a family of 7 for around 30 dollars, my kids love it when I come home from work with pizza and it gives my wife a break from cooking all week without spending $80 or $100 bucks like just about anywhere else. Figure out what works for you and enjoy some inexpensive pizza. P.S. Never leave without your crazy bread, and most importantly the sauce in a bag. They will just hand it to you without a bag but never mind grabbing one if you ask, this will keep pizza sauce out of your floorboard, especially if you are alone. If you're not alone and someone can hold it, that's works too. Hope this helps Little Caesars Pizza 111 Southern...
Read moreDon't take the one star rating that I didn't like the pizza, I have enjoyed Little Ceasers in more than 30 states and will continue to do so as the urge strikes to do so, no the one star rating is for this location specifically. The service was seriously lacking as the cashier was not friendly nor attentive to our inquiries, she just stood there like we were inconveniencing her Facebook time. As she finished ringing us up she told us it would be approx 15min. When our order came out it was called out to the person whom had just got their pizzas and walked out of the store, then it was placed in the warmer ovens when no one stood up for it (which is typical, no harm here) and when I approached the cashier to inquire about the status of our pizza (that was approaching 25min by now) she stated that those (being the pizzas she just put in the washing ovens after calling them out to someone else) might be ours but I would have to wait a couple minutes while she took the next order. After she completed the transaction she checked the pizzas in the warmer and then called my name as they were our pizzas. At this point I was pretty frustrated and just wanted to get out of there, so we took our pizza and left, well when we got home I was even more disappointed with the pizzas we ordered, the deep deep dish pepperoni cheese was so thin it looked like someone sprinkled Kraft parmesan cheese on red sauce and The 5 meat was extremely disappointing as well especially after spending extra $$ and adding black olives to it. It was lacking at least half the topping I have received at any other Little Ceasers I have visited in over 30 states. So in closing i will repeat, enjoy Little Ceaser whenever and wherever you wish too, Just not at this location, stay...
Read moreWent in and ordered a hot and ready Pepporini which they did not have ready (this location never has any hot and ready regardless of time and day) waited for my pepporini and drove home. Well when I get home half of the pizza was missing cheese (towards the crust) and it was undercooked. The cheese wasn’t all the way melted and the dough was not cooked all of the way. Went back to get another hot and ready or a refund. When I walked in the teenager that was was working said he would grab me another one no problem (still didn’t have any ready) brings it out I open the box and this pizza was even worse!!!! The dough was still white and undercooked! I then tell him this pizza isn’t cooked after I lifted up the pizza to show him (using my bare hands) he takes the pizza and puts it in the warmer! I then asked for a refund I walk outside to get my card and he served the pizza I touched with my bare hands to ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!! I told her and she refused the pizza and walked out. When I try to hand the “manager” my card he said ma’am without a receipt we can’t give you a refund. Luckily I was only gone for 10 minutes and the girl who checked me out remembered me. This location was just remodeled and is already filthy. The children working at this location do not care about their job or their customers. This is by far the worst location and I have already contacted little ceasers to file a complaint I will also be contacting the health department to ask for an inspection. Maybe just maybe that will push littl ceasers to...
