Ghanged my review of 6 months ago from 5 star to 1 star. If I could give zero stars, I would. It was great months ago...but.. Fast forward 6 months...what a difference. I can no longer recommend this restaurant and honestly, you should spend your money somewhere else. How sad that the quality of this place plummeted. I would not chance getting served by the waiter we had. He will ruin your entire day. Went in for our anniversary. Just wanted a decent meal and wasn't looking for anything fancy, but we expected a lot more out of this place. I'm so disappointed that they made my anniversary..just horrible. How sad. Shame on them. Sat down and was told that they no longer have menus. We had to use our smart phone to access a menu. Told the waiter that we forgot our phone at home. He said "Oh well, that's how it's done now". Okay, but I don't know what is on the menu, so what am I supposed to do. He answered by shrugging his shoulders and giving us the most attitude I've ever seen in a VERY long time. He said "I'll give you a few more minutes"...To do what?? Read the napkin? Sorry, but I have not memorized your menu. Was I supposed to??? Did he suggest letting us know what they had? NO. Did he suggest anything? NO. Again..just really bad attitude. It appeared that he really did not want to deal with "stupid people". My husband really wanted to stay for a calzone (if not for that, I would have preferred to leave), so I asked what they had for pizza and said yes to the first thing the waiter said. He clearly did not want to tell me what was on the menu. He visibly sighed and rolled his eyes at me numerous times. The rest of the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. When he brought me another soda, I had to keep my straw as they could not even spring for a fresh one. I think I'd be fine with that....if the attitude and the disgusting display of animosity hadn't been so incredibly evident. It was the worst I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Even when they took our money, they ignored us, rolled their eyes and shoved the bill at us and walked away. I've been to restaurants that now offer paper menus and others that have their old menu and they just make sure they get sanitized afterwards. That's something that should have been done anyway. Can this place not offer some kind of menu? How about putting it on a chalkboard? Anything. I should not have to access YOUR menu with my phone as the ONLY option..because what happens if I forgot my phone? I should be treated like an idiot because I don't have my phone with me????? ....stop acting so superior. Stop treating the customer like scum of the earth. I'd rather give my money to a restaurant that wants us there. I will never give them one cent of my money again. You don't need my business Babbo? Good, because you'll never...
Read moreI wish I would of read some of the reviews before we went here!! As it was, it was a spur of a moment decision to go here and from the minute we stepped through the door it was awful!! We came in and the hostess snapped at us to put our masks on, didn't even give me a chance to explain that I have a disability!! Then she came back to seat us, grabbed the silverware and again didn't ask if we wanted a table or booth, she was going to seat us at a table until I asked if we could have a booth please, which she then put us in one right underneath the a/c, so we were freezing while we waited for our food and only gave us 1 menu to use between the both of us, so it took longer for us to figure out what we wanted and to order!! Our server was nice, and he got our drinks and brought us the bread which was good!! When we finally figured out what we wanted and ordered we had some questions, like they didn't have a chicken or shrimp alfredo, what they do it offer you alfredo supreme and that is $12.95 and then they charge you another $7.00 for the shrimp, that is what my friend had and the alfredo sauce is spicy and it doesn't tell you that on the menu and the server doesn't tell you that either!! I ordered the stuffed manicotti and you have to choose between the sausage or mushrooms, I'm allergic to mushrooms which I made sure the server knew and he wrote it down, and the sausage is spicy and I asked how spicy and he said it was mild, like a mild hot wing, but if it was too spicy for me then we could try to figure something else out!! Well it was way spicier than a mild hot wing, my friend even tried it and agreed, he likes spicy and he said it was too spicy, so let the server know and he said I could get a new plate of manicotti and sauce without the sausage, why couldn't they do that to begin with....so he takes my plate and then he is back in a minute with my same plate and says they are all out of manicotti!! So, I asked for a to go box and started picking out all the sausage and guess what I find, I find some mushrooms in there!! So, I get everything picked out, put in the to go box, all the while the server is saying sorry, but does nothing!! My friend pays the $50 bill and we leave and we will never be...

Decided to to pick up and once again was a HUGE let down. I paid $50 for 3 meals to be informed it 1 slice of bread for every 2 meals... meals 1 slice of bread for my family of 3. What a joke! AVOID THIS RIP OFF PLACE!! The food sizes have dropped in half, prices have gone up and quality and service had decreased. Then to top it all off, we all got super sick and ended up in the bathroom all night.
**side note, you'll pay for a kids meal and drink but they don't come with drinks if you order to go... read below if Interested at dinning in.
While I have loved Babbo's for years and have came referred so many family and friends here, it's heart breaking to state we won't be coming back here.
We called ahead earlier today to ask for a large booth to host my sister's birthday (part of 4 total). The guy I talked to was so polite and happy to accommodate us. We got there, set up (balloons, gifts, table cover, and a banner I taped to the front of the table) and asked for water once we entered. It took almost a half hour for us to get water.
From there the over all service wasn't all that bad but it wasn't anything to rave about either. I asked for the dishes to be take after we ate - not 1 plate was taken till after we left (this made it hard to open gifts and gross cluttered looking pictures). We asked if they minded singing for her birthday. The girl stated it was no problem but then we sat and listened to them trash talk about singing it and and the way we looked. I asked again for the dishes to be taken so I could kindly clean up - remove my table cloth, etc. girl said sure then walked away to never be seen again.
The service was so disappointing. If you eat...
