I came here because it was down the street from where I work and let me tell you... The first Time I went I spent 250.00 bucks on a stereo that crapped out in about 3 days. The second time they refused to give me a refund on the broken radio and the only reason I asked for a refund and not credit was because they didn't but my car panels back together correctly so I was kinda bummed on that... so they convince me to get the pioneer that I have now (that I love) and they install it... They install it crooked as hell and break the freaking tabs on the panels on MY car. I didn't notice til I cleaned my car and felt they were loose. They tried to say it's suppose to be like that and I freaked out so he fixed it for a min.... looked fine at first but came apart as soon as I left the parking lot... I give up. I'm gonna eat the 180 bucks they broke off my car panels that they refused to pay for. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother coming in here. I don't write reviews but this made me make a account and write this one just to save another soul from...

Update had to drop it 3 stars - How hard is it to check to see if emergency flashers work when you unplug the wires and plug them back in when the plugs are different - HAVE YOU HEARD OF MARKING THEM WITH TAPE - I HAD TO GO BACK IN TO THE PANEL AND FIX IT TOOK ME ALL OF 15 MINUTES - AND THEN WHEN I CALL IN TO GET IT FIXED IT WAS GOING TO BE MONDAY - I KNOW IF I FUCKED UP ON A CAR I WOULD FIX IT AS SOON AS THE CUSTOMER COULD GET IT IN NOT AT YOUR CONVENIENCE Called on price for a stereo for a Saturn Ion - the ones that would answer the phone wanted way to much and wanted me to pay a head of time for the parts then guess when they could do - Called here got one price for a Pioneer and speakers - sounds great clean install - cant even tell they where in the car only by the radio being there TO BAD THE INSTALLER COULD NOT TEST THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS TO SEE IF THEY WORK ITS THE BUTTON ON THE LEFT TWO GREEN ARROWS WILL FLASH ON THE DASH PANEL BY...

I was in need of some great help with my Mercedes Benz audio system. I was thinking it was going to be expensive. Like very. I called and spoke with Louis. He told me to come in. I arrived to a pleasant receptionist. Louis took my car in the back and said it was 2 fuses and the cost would be 30 dollars. I was happy. And thankful. I never met Louis.
