MESA DJ CENTER — Local services in Mesa

Talked to owner on phone about picking up some led pixel light bars get to the store an hour and a half before posted closing time doors are locked open sign is on so call owner and he says he is picking up rental gear that he won't be more then a hour. So I wait two hrs go by I contact owner again no answer 20 mins later texts me stating he is still loading up but if I knew what I want he could deliver. Send my address which I live in San tan valley so it's an hr plus to my house get no response. Huge waste of my life and time completely unprofessional and down right rude to tell a customer u will be only a hr and two and a half hrs later to just not answer back don't waste your time cause who knows if u can even get any help or service from this place. Would give negative stars if it was possible better off...

Had a great experience coming in here to shop for lights. The shop is crammed full of gear, and lots of relevant top of the line stuff. I had a good time just looking around and dreaming I had thousands to spend.

The store is clean, service was great, I'll absolutely be buying something from here some time in the future I have no doubt.

My only criticism is the owner here makes his own lights, which is cool, but he's trying to sell them for prices comparable to big companies. If he ever lowers those prices (at least a little) I'd be more likely to give his brand a shot. Can't justify spending the same on his brand that I would on a Chauvet or ADJ product and have those big company...

I brought used amplifier and two subwoofer for Phoenix deaf associates they want to but no, they don’t want it. Amplifier and subwoofer look badA$$, I realize I should test at store in first place they just throw a deal to buy now but not tell me about “no refund” from I called store about refund, they said no refund sorry. I feel stuck with equipment, I guess have to sell it on my own, I don’t know should I come store again? I was plan to buy more dj equipment but my concern no refund.. I can’t take a risk again and thank you for your business with you...
