Terrible Customer Service!!! This was the worst experience at a Dairy Queen. It has to be this location. I ordered 2 royal reeses pb core blizzards and a bbq sandwich through drive through. Pull up to the window and the young man starts to repeat my order, he initially didnât hear pb core. I tell him that it was wrong and repeat what I wanted. He recharges me and then hands me two blizzards but forgot the bbq sandwich. He then says that he didnât hear that, at that point my husband was just trying to go home. We tell them to forget it and leave. Get home and I see that there is maybe 5% PB inside one of the blizzards and couldnât see any in the other. I drive back and let them know that I would like the order re made because u think it was done incorrectly. The young man who was at the window told me that he wouldnât remake them because they were starting to melt. I didnât understand that, I asked how that made sense and he told me that he wasnât going to argue with me. I just wanted it re made. I will never be returning here. Terrible...

I ask for banana split and 3 pretzel sticks as well as large coke. The guy is laughing while i am ordering. I get up to the window and it appears that the manager is the one making him laugh. I'm watching him make the split and they are using fresh fruit. I get it home and the cheese for the pretzels tastes so gross that i couldn't eat it, the chili cheese dog looks like it has been sitting there for 3 days and was hard enough to pass for 3 day old food, i had to eat half of the banana split to find a glimpse of chocolate sauce, We had to throw half of it away because it wasn't edible and go get food somewhere else.    Read moreThree times in a row over the span of 8 days we ordered the Sâmores blizzard. We couldnt find a single piece of chocolate in it. Twice I went in to complain. The last time I was told that the chocolate was covered up. So I literally had to show him by moving the spoon all through the blizzard, blending it all up, not a single piece of chocolate. Wouldnt you as a manager just immediately throw a scoop of the smores mix in when a customer complained about no smores ingredients in a Blizzard??? Dont stand there and tell me that there are chocolate chunks. I asked him to show me the chocolate and he brought the bowl over and I burst out laughing. There was not a single one of those pieces in the entire cup. Waste of my time, patience, and intelligence. I really wanted to pour it on the counter and smooth it out for him to see.
