Iāve had my medical card renewed since July of this year Iāve gone to this Mint 6 times max since the card was renewed we are in November now. Iām sure we can check to confirm the amount due to the horrid service I get when going itās draining. This night I go in to the mint to give the place I use to love another try. I get scanned in im next in line. the lady who use to work the front who was one of the main reasons I stopped going to your location in mesa to begin with who is now a Bud tinder. I ignored her at first when she said I was next then stated āI donāt like you Iām going to go to someone elseā that Bud tinder responded to me and said something back to me so my response was āI have a reasonā Iām in line as i said that. Then another worker Tall white women with glasses who normally dyes her hair due to it turning grey starts yelling from across her register as Iām in line as sheās counting her register blatantly yells outloud escalating the situation and states āSTOP YOU DO THIS EVERYTIMEā im not going to yell back at her so I walk up to her counter and state āI do this everytime? I do what every time check my card Iāve been to this store less than 6 times since July so whatās everytime when I donāt come here. āyou donāt even know what was saidā the tall worker with glasses responds with āI donāt careā so if sheās stated she doesnāt care what was said which would mean she doesnāt know what was said how can you as a worker yell and escalate a situation when you donāt know whatās going on. A Bud tinder asked the lady yelling at me if she was going to help me and ring me up her response right in front of me āIām not going to help him ā then proceeds to walk in the back. The person who then helped me had a power trip as welll. The security not a manager had to come and descaled the situation. The girl who scanned my card asks if Iām on the phone after she scans my card from my phone. I stated to her āwhat makes you assume Iām on the phone? I just pulled out my phone to give you my id didnāt I for you to scan? The girl Bud tinder then states āthats not a yes or no answerā. Horriable experience in all and a reminder to why I no longer go to this location that I use to consider a home. Itās very sad because I love mint on top of that the management and even people above them really donāt care if you have a issue or problem. I was trying to find deals on buy one get one free. Iāve always been a coupon, guy or a deal guy even when money is not a problem, and for me right now money is not a problem. But it was probably the worst service experience Iāve ever had and Iāve been in the service industry for 30 years. I have never given a bad review to anyone because I know what itās like to deal with customers and how complicated they can be but I am like the nicest guy on the planet. I have nice clean clear Questions and Iāll overly thankful by saying it and grateful and I even over tip every time Iām there. Iāve probably been there 50 times since youāve opened, and I guess when you look at that than a one star for one experience isnāt exactly fair. Bud tenders donāt listen. They just want to ramble about things I donāt care about with products. If I mention Iām here for flower and in this brand, then just get me that. If I want to look at others, get me them to look at as well. Donāt have a chip on your shoulder for doing your job, or attempting to since your customer knows your products and job and pricing better than you. I smoke the product twice a day. You are paid and live in the environment and donāt have a clue. The management here has always been terrible. Or lack of any management or framework for training or product information, specials, or any knowledge retention. The flower product is generally less than mediocre. Not sure what happened, or happens, but your online directives absolutely never match to products available or on hand in store, ever. You tell customers to use Leafly but itās also not updated, and generally doesnāt show all specials. To conclude, the shop is less than average. The employees generally are not great.
