El Bigo Taco — Restaurant in Mesa

I went into this place trying out a new place. The staff didn't speak any english at all. I ordered a burrito, and it was on the menu for $10.99. When they rang me up, the total somehow came up to $15+. I didn't notice until I got home. When I got my order, I asked for some salsa, and they told me that it was $1 more. When I got home. I opened my plate, and to my surprise, it was just a burrito and a few grilled veggies. I took a bite and had to throw it away. The meat was mostly fat and unedible. I looked at my recipe, and they ended up charging me nearly $17 for a burrito plus the extra $1 for salsa. I ended up paying $18 for just one nasty fatty burrito that tasted gross. !!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! LOST ME TODAY AS A CUSTOMER! The little girl with the rugrat shirt (wouldn't give me her name for review) had an attitude after a few questions I had as I was ordering. You can just tell it was all over her and responding with a sassy attitude. Grow Up! Learn to be professional. I don't care how good the food is anywhere if you have bad customer service. You'll loose customers like you lost me today! I've been coming here since it was just a food truck on Mesa Dr and Broadway. Its a shame. AUTHENTIC Mexican Food!

We found this taco truck located off Mesa Dr and Broadway about 1 month ago. We have since been here 5 times, yes, that's because they have great food. If you have been trying to find real authentic carna asada tacos that come with a blast of flavor, this place is amazing!

Tacos are spicey but in a perfect way. If you want a kick but not have to drink a gallon of water, get the carna asada tacos.

Service: The people are so kind and professional. They treat you like a good customer that they want to come back. They greet you with a smile and encourage you to visit them again.
