This is the worst experience I’ve ever had buying gold. I will never buy anymore jewelry from here and I do not recommend anyone else buy from here either. I bought two rings from here and both of them broke within 4-6 weeks after buying them. I’ve now spent $60 paying for brand new jewelry to be fixed that I bought FROM here. They do not guarantee their jewelry and the woman I was dealing with had horrible customer service. I bought jewlery from this store and not even a month after having it my ring broke, I took it back to be fixed and they charged me $20 to fix it. It’s now been 2 months since they fixed it and it broke again and they’re charging me $20 again. I’ve bought several pieces of jewelry here and they literally all break. I work a desk job. I do not do anything where my jewelry should just be breaking like this. They guarantee that their jewelry is “real gold” but they do not guarantee the actual jewelry. I bought a ring about two weeks from this place and within the first week I noticed one of the diamonds fell of and days later a second piece and then a 3rd piece of diamond from the ring. I paid like 120 for it , it should have lasted more than a week for i to start coming “apart” , please don’t go to this place ! I heard bad reviews about them ALLLLLLLLL THE TIMEEE !!
