It can be somewhat understandable when someone makes a mistake especially in a workplace like this. But what's truly pathetic is when you address this concern with management and they almost treat you worse than the original experience. My initial encounter with the staff of this location took place around 2 a.m. when I had just finished my shift with a Rideshare service. I ordered a Munchie Meal and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I used to work for Jack in the Box back in the day when they had just started the Munchie Meal so I know how it's supposed to look and it just didn't even look edible in the least. Not only was the food of very poor quality but the staff were very unprofessional and unkind. I very politely addressed these concerns the next day with the management available during the day shift and not only did they insist on remaking the food, which they then did a poor job of, but additionally, she was far more rude than the original crew from the midnight shift. Overall a very bad experience. And on a side note, when I went inside the store to speak to the manager, I discovered a very unsanitary and unhealthy condition for preparing food, as well as an unsightly collection of "marketing items" Loosely tossed about the area for customers to Place their orders. Truly a sorry excuse for a Jack In The Box. I do not recommend...
Read moreHello, good evening. We would like to express a serious complaint about the treatment we received today at one of your locations. After getting off work, we decided to stop by Jack in the Box to get something to eat, as we’ve done many times before. However, this time one of the employees was extremely rude. He practically threw the food at us, didn’t give us any straws, and when we tried to ask for them, he interrupted us and wouldn’t let us speak. We tried again, and once more, he refused to listen and walked away.
My sister got out of the car to ask for the straws directly, and instead of helping her, the employee made hand gestures telling her no, as if we were asking for something inappropriate. We felt very offended and disappointed—not only by his rude behavior but also because this is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. As frequent customers, we find this completely unacceptable.
As of today, we’ve decided to stop coming to this location. We prefer to go where we’re treated with respect, because we’re not asking for favors—we’re paying for a service. We hope you take this seriously, because as long as this kind of behavior continues, you’re going to keep losing loyal...

I go there quite a bit a few nights before the gentleman was a very nice and extremely polite
So of course I'll be back
A large drink is almost $4
The fries are almost $4
And my fries were cold and wrinkled.. and hard.. really hard my three little grandkids are 4 ,2 + 1.. and I give them a few each and I make sure that they are soft and cut the ends off while these fries are really sad I want to drive back.. but I was babysitting that night.. five grandkids that's why I stopped there before I went over to have a nice dinner.....
