Two days ago, I bought a brand new never been used Danby upright freezer, with only scratches and dents, well, that is what the sellers told me. I payed $499 in cash, plus $50 for delivery and removal of my broken double door fridge. Today, was the delivery, the guy was here one hour earlier, without texting me that he was on his way, and first issue was that he could NOT take my old fridge. He called his boss, and after like a 5 min talk in Spanish, I was handed his cellphone and got told that for another $20 extra, they would be able to take the old fridge. While talking on the cell to his boss, I got to see the electrical cord on the back of the freezer, and noticed that it was covered with black tape right where the cord was going inside towards the engine of the freezer...I removed some of that tape and discovered that the electrical cord was damaged! With the lady boss still on the phone I asked immediately what this was hiding? whey this was not told to me? fact that they covered it up with tape means they know about it!!! The tone in the lady boss changed right away, the driver guy was ordered to pay me my money back...and I had to go inside to get the proof that I paid $50 for delivery before he gave me the delivery money back as well...please be careful people, I really did look forward to this so very nice freezer...but what a dangerous lemon it is....broken electrical cords = fire hazards, even with electrical tape...
Read moreTerrible service. We bought a dryer and brought it home, only to find out it didn’t work. We made sure to check everything to see if it was on our end and it was not. Before purchasing I had told the employee I wanted to made sure it worked and that it wasn’t going to has problems after and he had said “we have a 30 day warranty, bring it back and we will give you back your money.” I even had my grandma there as a witness. I called them and informed them the dryer isn’t working and would like to return it. They are now telling me I can’t get my money back only exchange or store credit. Very very bad service and on top of that the dryer wasn’t even cleaned out properly. Won’t be recommending them to anyone or purchasing from there again, very sad because we even bought our washer from them a couple years ago and that is the reason why we had gone...

Sally helped us herself, and made the buying process so easy. She communicated with me over text and even allowed me to purchase over the phone as well, super convenient as I live in Phoenix. The man who delivered and installed our machines was quick and respectful. We noticed a few days after we received the machines that the dryer was staying warm even when it was off. Sally had one of her men out here to check it out the next day, and replaced the whole machine for us for free right there so that we wouldn’t have any other issues in the future.
