Start by saying the people in the park are nice decent people. RV park is rundown and maintenance plain and simple doesn't exist. Many residents have brought up issues so did I and nothing happens management doesn't care. The bathrooms laundry rooms and pool house all the door handles need to be replaced they're probably close to 20 years old and junk. Most of the time they don't work. Cleaning is a joke I've watched the cleaning crew take a nasty mob and go from the laundry room to the bathroom to the next bathroom without cleaning it or changing water or anything. Plain and simple management doesn't care in the park is going to crap. Spent the winter there will not stay again not to mention a lot of people left I would say over half the people that were staying there have left while I was there. Find a different place the ladies in the office are just a joke they don't give a crap it's just a paycheck to them they don't care what happens to the place and they're running it...

Amazing onsite management team, the girls are very professional and personable and friendly and even great you with a smile.Very clean park. Maintenance does a great job keeping the place in great condition. Nice clean amenities. Nice new pool and hot tub. Parks, playgrounds, grills, and doggy run with plenty of space to run. Rec center,and a rec room. The park is well situated near 202 the 60,main st, and near plenty of outdoor activities as well as plenty of stores and olaces of good eats. . You won't find any riff raff causing a muck here. This is a great family oriented and LGBTQ safe park with an understanding staff and well maintained grounds. Love from...

Laura is the best manager there! She is very conscientious of occupants and is always looking out for the safety and interest of those that reside there. She is honest and up-front and I appreciate her.

Also, Teresa is always so cheerful, helpful and positive. It is a great community and the people there look out for one another!
