This is my second time coming to this Burger King and I swear I already wrote a review the first time around but maybe I didn't. Regardless my dude in the drive-thru is awesome. He's quick and he's efficient, the chef. And yes, this dude's a chef. I can't remember his name man. I had both her names originally when I wrote the review originally. So I don't know what happened to the original review. It's really kind of like getting out of my skin actually. Regardless that dude's a beast, he's made the two best burgers from Burger King in the entirety of my life. I am not a huge Burger King fan, but this guy has revolutionized. I don't know what he's doing to me these burgers amazing but they're absolutely stunners bangers whatever smashers they are the epitome of a fast food burger sub $10. I have gotten a regular whopper and I've gotten the bacon king regular and both of them were extraordinary so a photo which I didn't take unfortunately can't even begin to do them justice. You have to have these things in your hand to understand what I'm talking about. Again, I do not know what this chef is doing, but something in his cooking technique is making these burgers absolutely incredible and there's just no other way to describe it or explain it or show it you have to go there to experience it and it's at night time as far as I know only and I don't know what days he's not working but both times that have gone there it's been his drive-thru dude and him as the chef and I've never been unsatisfied on top of the fact that the fries are actually solid. So like they make french fries as you get your burger. Maybe it's for me. I've only gone there twice I don't know. But if the consistency is the same across the board for everyone. Yeah this burger king is straight up. The spot and other Burger King should look to mimic them. Absolutely without a doubt. So there's my review for the second time I think. I don't know if they're going to update my old review, but whatever. Yeah, no regrets....
Read moreIt's Truly sad that with hundreds of Burger King Locations closing due to low performance that MANAGEMENT doesn't pay more attention to food quality, guest service and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Stopped in to this location for a Large Order of Cheesy Tots, fresh out of the fryer and small drink. Had to wait, wait and wait before anyone would take my orders - I guess their becoming like McDonalds where they expect or even force paying customers to use the Kiosks - which I refuse to - I don't do self-checkout at the grocery store and I will not use a kiosk to place an order.
Finally, black shirt lady took my order. Then, I noticed not a single clean table to sit at and the entrance door windows are filthy, like nobody cleaned them in days... Went to pick up my order at the counter and my cheesy tots were mushy inside, definitely not fresh. So I had to ask them to remake them. Why couldn't they just make them fresh in the first place, I asked for it to be 'OUT OF THE FRYER' = Fresh...
This is why BK's are closing across the country because they advertise 'Have it Your Way' but you can't even expect to receive fresh edible food at Burger King these days...
I worked at BK as an employee, as a Shift Manager and as a General Manager over the years and it's truly the concept to have your burger cooked on an open flamed broiler - Fresh Fries and Chicken. Why is that so difficult, especially when the GUEST requests it fresh out of the fryer?
Unfortunately, I can't say that I'll be rushing back anytime soon to a Burger King Near me - this is sales lost because I promise tomorrow I will eat lunch out - somewhere where they care about Guest Service Experience... Sad it's not at this Burger King Location... So if you want a good experience, definitely pass this BK by and choose another one... The one on Brown and Mesa Drive does a GREAT job at preparing your food FRESH when you request it... Go There...
At least the Coke was cold and...
Read moreThis was such a bad experience I don't know where to start. Went to the drive thru and asked about the $3 Whopper deal that app notified me about. I was told I had to order it from the app. I pulled through, parked and opened the app on my phone. The app wouldn't load. I went inside and looked for wifi. There are 2 available wifi signals in the store. I asked if I could use one. I was told no that it's an independent store. Then I witness them kicking 2 ladies out. Saying they have a 30 minute time limit for the dining room. I could see if the place was busy and they needed to open tables. There was no one else in the dining room! I talked to the cashier and the manager about the app not working. I said my data should be able to open it but it isn't loading. They said they are in a dead zone. That two guys were just in and couldn't access it either. They even suggested going to the store on Crismon. Knowing this they would rather have customers walk out then give public access to their wifi. I go back to my car and try to access it. I'm also talking to my dad asking him if he wanted to try the other store, go somewhere else or pay full price. Then a guy comes out of the store and says the Whopper buns ate stale and had MOLD ON THEM! Then a lady was going in and carrying hand sanitizer. She said her son was in the bathroom and they had no way to wash their hands! That her son had just had an operation that lowers his immunity. I gave her some handi wipes. She was thankful. This is a health code violation! What were employees using to clean their hands? This is disgusting! If they have no soap they should send someone to get some! I live right by another location on University and Power but, the food is always cold there so I drive to this one. Well not anymore. They lost a customer. If this is ok to them to not wash their hands I don't want what they make with...
