Describe my experience?
In one word...terrible. I ended up having to find a new sign shop way too close to my deadline that was able to cut the non sense down by at least half, paid way less, and got the job done with better material.
I had worked with Western Signs for weeks trying to get a sign job going and basically because of a simple misunderstanding on the paperwork the owner Mark lost his temper and started screaming at me on the phone. I wasn't aware that the landlord for the place I was trying to get a sign done had signed his name a certain way and Mark of Western signs showed his true colors. Very unprofessional!
I've been in the graphic design industry since 2008 and would never talk to a client the way I was talked to here. I'm glad I didn't pay them a dime to do anything. I now have a shop that I recommend and use for all my clients when they need a sign...but it's certainly NOT Western Signs...

As I received competitive bids from their competitors I found their pricing to be very fair and hoped their customer service would be professional. I was in fact very happy with their service. They provided a quality product and communicated with me throughout the process. Permitting was not an issue. Art design was flexible and accommodating. Installation was seamless. He came to our store and gave his recommendations. He was so helpful, reliable and honest, I have the best sign on High Street.
