There is accessible parking ath the front of the Mekong Plaza, and then you can enter through the automated doors. Walk toward the food court area, and you'll see this gift shop as you head that way. The shop itself is a bit of a squeeze and the aisles were a bit narrow to walk around. However, it makes up for it with the variety of fun stuff that's jampacked on its shelves.
