DO NOT GO HERE! My fiance bought me a ring back in December, we gave it to them to be sized and three weeks later it came back the wrong size! The paperwork and request was correct but their shop sent it back having added a size instead of making it smaller. So the ring gets sent back again, two months it's been in their shop and it still isn't ready. On top of the employees were extremely rude and the manager was extremely snarky! They were very friendly in the store and had some beautiful jewelry. I found a beautiful, reasonably priced wedding ring set. My Fiancee paid all cash and was to have his matching ring sized, which they lost it? How do you lose or misplace a ring in your own jewelry store?
