Very disappointed. Ordered parts this morning with guarentee that they would be here by 2. Gave the lady on the phone my CC information twice and she still couldn't get it to work. Rosa in background said not to worry about it, pay when you get here. I stop by at 5 PM and the parts manager Juan can only find one of the links when there should have been two. I can make do if I have a nut so I ask where those are. He proceeds to try to sell me a standard nut versus the metric I needed. He doesn't even realize there's a "size finder" right next to it so we can get the right one. When it's all said and done no type of discount for their mistake, no real apology, just here ya go. Its 21.49 for the one and 2.99 for the nuts. On Amazon I could have had both sides new for 24.24 with delivery by Tuesday. It would have been cheaper and just a few more days. I just about give up on local customer service, they can't get what you need when you need it and charge too much when you get half of what...

We had an unusual incident with a battery as of no fault of Autozone. I will not go into the issue due to others may try to scam Autozone. I called Autozone and explained the incident and the young man listened and said politely to let him get his manager. Christy the manager came on the phone and was so kind to listen as I told her I truly didn't know if I needed to call or not. She took my name and number and asked me to let her talk to her store manager and the next morning she'd call me back. The next morning Christy called me and told me how to very satisfactorily solve the issue. These folks were so kind to solve the issue in a great way for the customer. The auto zone in mexia tx really disappointed me i rented a ball joint tool from them on 11/03/20 brought it back the next day 11/04/20 to gety money refunded but instead of refunded my money they ended up charging me again for it so I've be charged 129.90 twice plus the 27.00 dollars twice for over draft fees and I've been waiting since 11/04/20 for them to credit my money back to my bank account I'll probably not shop there...
