Verizon — Local services in Mexia

Customer service is very poor. Had a young lady said she was going to help me with my phone. And instead of working on my phone. She called customer service on their phone for help n handed me the phone! I was left with the automated system n she left!! The other customer service guy was helping another customer. Other people waiting as well. The girl that was helping me came in with her food so I guess she decided to eat. Let me hang on the phone waiting for her customer service rep to help her help me! After 30 minutes or more I finally get Brent. And he informs me that even though my phone is paid off and I do have insurance on it that I need to upgrade my phone. Or pay to get my phone fixed. I wanted to keep my bill lowered n not have more charges. Between everything n my so called customer service lady NEVER showing back up!! I left and canceled Verizon service. And i to AT&T on my boyfriend plan so both of us is paying less than my bill...

This is a scam, first this location is a third party cellular company, thus is not Verizon they a a third party cellular company called Russell. Cellular and get you into a new mobile contract for a few years and have been trained to promise you anything to get you to agree, once you have signed up we found out the next day we were charged even more FOR THREE YEARS and when we went back to complain they want zero to do with you stating we would have to go to a Verizon corporate location (that’s another fraud in itself since you can’t speak to anyone, they have gone to AI generated answering services) to get everything straightened out, when it’s revealed they don't actually work for Verizon they can’t “fix” the lies they told. DO YOURSELF A HUGE. FAVOR, RUN DON’t WALK AWAY FROM from this or any 3rd party affiliates like this , do yourself another favor call...

There are two ladies working. The oldest one heavy set was very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! She was on the phone with a customer and was rude and hung up and said, " She thinks she F..... know more than me! " That's when I looked up, then my husband asked her about the home wife, and she was like," You know more than I do, have a good day, " and walked away. This is the second time she's being disrespectful. And look at her dress code?? So...
