Walmart Auto Care Center — Local services in Mexia

Had an appointment for 10am to put on tires. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told it would take 1.5 hours, even with an appointment because they had just started on their 9am appointments….according to their service tracker, my service was not started till 10:49am even though my car was on the rack by 10:20am….came back to the automotive department at 11:16am to be told it would be another hour still….when asked why it would still take that long, was told because the two guys working were brand new….why the world would you schedule two brand new employees to work without an experienced person?!? There is no reason mounting and balancing 4 tires should take over 2 hours! Will never...

Knowing today 6/8/2024 that he would not be at work. Car is still parked at the center. Nobody new of the situation, per phone call today. GM JACOB DID NOT INFORM ANYONE! Could be so much better. Been here for years and it keeps getting worse. I show up first thing in morning. Usually by 8am. For oil change or tire service. They tell me its going to be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. So i shop. After an hour and a half I am ready to go and they tell me they haven't got to my car. I am now 4th in line for service. It'll be awhile. I end up having to cancel and go somewhere else. No answers as to why I was bumped down when I was there before any...
