Hibbett — Local services in Mexia

Store was clean and had the shoes my son had seen in Waco, so it saved us a trip. No one greeted us when we walked in. And we waited to get help so I finally had to go find someone to help us. Apparently, both of the workers there had to helpi one lady and her teenage granddaughter. When we checked out, the young man asked if I was part of the rewards and I replied no and he kept on checking me out and gave me my total. I then asked him how I could join and he said, oh, you want to join? I wish he would've told me if I joined online I would get a percentage off verses not getting anything off if I joined...

Like the store setup and options. Unfortunately, not all the staff was professional and friendly. Wish I would have gotten a name. It wasn't busy at all. There was a young girl who was super helpful. The older lady seemed as if she didn't want to be at work. I believe she was a manager or lead. Either way...I don't normally like posting bad reviews but I'm a big believer in providing good customer service. Really hope this was a one off and not her...

I had a pleasant experience at the store on Sunday while shopping for back-to-school shoes with my son. The store service lady was very kind and helpful, making it easy for us to find the right sizes and check out quickly. We visited between 12-1:30 pm, and I will definitely return to this store...
