Mexia Pump & Motor Shop — Local services in Mexia

For the last month I have had my Cub Cadet riding lawn mower there for warranty work. I have called numerous times to find out status of mower each time being told a part was ordered and would be installed directly. This past Monday I called again and was told they were installing a new switch. Got a call about noon with Richard telling me it still would not turn over and he did not know what else to do. I asked did I need to call Cub Cadet he told me yes. I did and Cub Cadet told me that the mechanic would have to call. That was after an hour wait on hold. I called back Mexia Pump and Motor and the women, his wife, preceded to tell me at the top of her lungs that Cub Cadet would have to call them that neither Richard or her had the time not want to to call Cub Cadet. That they had a 1000 people a day come thru their shop and they Were not going to call. I am at a total loss of the rudeness of this women as well as the lack of customer service by her. I was warned about using them but this is were Cub Cadet told me to take it for warranty work. So beware. I still have not idea what to do...

This business is a disgrace to the business community of Mexia Tx. The customer service is totally rude . They fixed my equipment. I took it home. Totally wouldn't start after using it one time.
