I can honestly say, I love this place so much. Joseph and Gabby have been phenomenal. Yes you’re going to pay more than retail value, but that’s the price of having bad credit and choosing to pay stuff off.

I’ve worked with this store going on 2 years now. I first got a washer and dryer, then a switch when I lived in groesbeck. When I moved, I ended up not needing the washer and dryer and they came and got it no problem.

There was a couple times during my switch payments I had financial problems, and they worked with me. I eventually paid it off.

I now live in Waco, and I still work with them. I got an iPad, but then got a better deal through my phone carrier and they let me return the iPad no problem.

When I got my gaming laptop, recently I was in the hospital most of December. I let them know what was going on, and oddly they were the only bill I had NOT harassing me. They’d call maybe once a week just to check in.

Well I just paid the laptop off. All I have to say is, as long as you typically make your payments and just COMMUNICATE with them, they’ll work with you. Avoiding calls doesn’t look good. Just be honest. As long as you show hey, I’m not ignoring you, I’m gonna make the payment, then do, they WILL work with you.

I have been using RENT A CENTER IN MEXIA TEXAS before it was RAC, back then it was called COLORTYME and so I have been a LOYAL customer for nearly 18yrs. I have never been disappointed in any of the products I have rented from there. The service is GREAT and I SO LOVE THE FOLKS THAT RUN THE PLACE NOW.
