I had a very disappointing experience with this place. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and we arrived early. No one was present, and after calling the number four times, someone finally answered and simply stated, âIâm inside.â
We had booked two hours for $195 and had already paid a $39 deposit. Upon arrival, we were charged an additional $176 without a clear explanation of the charges. By the time the paperwork was completed, it was already 3:30 PM, and we didnât reach the dock until 4:00 PM.
The driver was unprofessionalâhe was vaping, using his phone, watching a movie, and even driving with his foot. The jet skis provided were outdated and did not resemble the photos advertised. The riding area was extremely limited, unlike previous rentals Iâve experienced. Around 4:40 PM, we were told to return despite having paid for two hours. When I mentioned this, the response was, âI donât know anything, but itâs time to get back.â
Additionally, I accidentally left my shoes behind. Although that was my responsibility, I realized quickly and requested to go back since we werenât far away. Instead, I was told they would bring them to me, which took nearly an hour.
When I addressed all of these issues with the staff, I was informedâonly after the factâthat the âtwo-hour packageâ actually meant one hour on the boat and one hour on the jet ski. This was never communicated beforehand. Furthermore, their website appears misleading: it only accepts Cash App or Zelle payments, and the listed address is incorrectâit leads to a cafĂ©, not their location. After when we tried to confront them about this they brought up things that were never mentioned to us and when we requested to see footage of us getting on the jetski they showed us a footage of (not even us but the people who were with us) getting on the dock not us getting on the jet ski. After we got on the dock the guy was explaining stuff for 20 minutes, we asked can we see the footage of us getting on the jet ski, she turned around and left without any explanation

I call them, lady says theyâve moved to a location 15 mins away. "We moved 2 weeks ago, it takes a while to update". We Uber to new location. Once we show up, there were other customers complaining about the location situation too. Lady has no clear sense of time constantly claiming to be there in 1-2 mins and then not being there after more than 5 mins, and acts like we were being annoying or inconsiderate by constantly calling her. Then they ask for the payment. There was a $30 deposit online and rest was in person. I paid with Mastercard online. Once in person, she says only cash or Venmo. We are Canadian and donât have Venmo nor USD. They literally could not take our payment although we paid our deposit online. Alright, give me a refund and get me out of here. The woman claims she cannot give a refund for the online payment. I genuinely begin to ponder throwing her in the water. I hand my friend my phone just in case I fall in too. But unfortunately, she is lucky there were men there which deterred me. My friend takes it up with the boss who claims he canât refund us, and as she yells "scammer" in Spanish at him and I flip off the same woman as she walks by me, he finally refunds us on his phone which he apparently could easily have done the entire time.
I call the number and scream into the phone as loud as I can, and laugh like a child. The guy comes up to me while I wait for my Uber back, says "you got a problem", and although I know he didnât understand a word of English I said, I told him it was done.

   Read moreMy boyfriend and I booked the jet ski rentals. We arrived to a warehouse/cafe type building. It seemed disorganized from the start, with nobody telling us where to go or what to do. A lady came up to us and prompted us to fill out a waiver on her phone. We eventually embarked on the boat ride to the jet ski platform in the bay, when our boat was pulled over by the water police for speeding and causing too much wake in the river. Come to find out our boat driver had a warrant for his arrest and was arrested on the spot. We waited for about 45 minutes on the side of the river while this occurred, and received no apology for the inconvenience. We then proceeded to complete the jet ski ride and returned to the initial building.
We communicated with the company to try and receive a partial refund for the inconvenience caused, however they immediately denied our request and claimed we were âfalsely accusingâ them about the arrest situation even though we have photo evidence.
Overall, this was a very disorganized company and I would not use them again. Iâm sure there are many other more reliable companies throughout the Miami area. More frustrating than the arrest situation was the lack of friendliness, lack of apology, and poor customer service in terms of the situation that occurred.
