Kiki At Sea — Local services in Miami

I was there on 8th Feb 2023 and was extremely disappointed with the service, the restaurant wasn't busy, and the food took 45min to arrive. When it did arrive, the vegetables and fish were cold; the potatoes needed to be cooked. Upon explaining my experience to the manager, he said there was little we could do, apologised and confirmed he was the boss and nobody else could help. He also stated he wouldn't take off the service charge and only offered a small discount to compensate, which we felt needed to be more. If u been to Kiki on the river you know what I’m talking about, it’s like being there but in the middle of the sea with only ur gang and the best boat crew ever!
