Background of my order: I am an artist, and I was participating in my first artist alley (Fl Supercon). I ordered a 6x3 foot indoor banner.

STAFF 5/5: Extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Since I was getting a banner for the first time, I was a bit confused by all the options, but the wonderful lady at the register explained everything to me, no problem!

PRINT QUALITY 5/5: The banner came out EXACTLY how I wanted. The colors were the same and the digital proof, and the sharp edges were impeccable. The banner itself is tough and cleans easy.

SPEED 5/5: My order was last minute, because I couldn't narrow down printing location options soon enough. They said it would take up to three days, but I needed it in two (three would've worked, but it would have been super tight time wise). The lady at the register said they would try to do it sooner, and they definitely delivered! I got a call close to closing time on the second day that they finished, so I hurried to the store and picked it up minutes before they closed. It was so convenient that they finished it then, and I really appreciate their above and beyond service!

I had ordered magnetic signs for my van in 2017 and used them happily for 6 years. Constant outside use and extreme weather eventually faded some of the color and caused the edges to chip. Still, they were fine signs and the makers had done a great job, so I went back to them to reorder new signs. Even though I'm not in Florida anymore, I decided to reorder from my original supplier, who, thank goodness, still had the artwork on file. They took good care of my second order, and I received beautiful new magnetic signs in a reasonable time, at a reasonable price.
