Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) — Local services in Miami Lakes

06/18/2022 Saturday I reach five minutes before 1pm closing time and the door was locked and the line was long but I made it and I told the bank female representative all I need wa a bank direct deposit slip and she said we are not going to have time to help you because they have appointment customers ..Then I told her I didn't mind waiting...She said I'll have to still pull you up to help you..and that she's sorry ..So I said ok ..and went and sat in my car because I didn't leave right away..next a car came park a woman got out with a little boy and they open door and they were let in while I was turned away ...Wow and I didn't mind to wait all I wanted was a direct slip ..and was denied customer service check cameras for that day minutes before 1pm you'll see me to the door talking to the bank representative and soon after the next customer was let in ... and I didn't mind waiting either I would have been the last customer for the day ..but I was turned away and another customer went in after ...

This is exactly the type of terrible service you should expect from a Bank of America, especially one in this area. BoA already sucks, but the people in this branch are literally the worst. They deposited my check, when the teller told me that he was just going to check if there is a hold on my payroll check. When I asked for the check back so I could cash it, the teller said "I can't, I already deposited it." They said "don't worry, it'll be there tomorrow 2 am ." They then proceeded to put a 7 day hold, on my hard earned money. All do to the the teller making a mistake. I can't stand this bank, but I really can't stand this branch.

Update: I spent 2 hours on the phone with BOA to fix this. They did nothing. I went back to the branch 2 days later, and while they were sympathetic, they did nothing besides put in "expedite." I got my money 6 days later...

This Bank of America is one of the closest to me. I wish I could use it more often but it is inferior compared to most of the other locations. There's always a line to use their two outside ATMs. I decided to try to use their ATM inside but it had just been installed and wasn't working.

This location also always seems understaffed which causes a line in the lobby to see a teller. I once went to this location and their internet was down so they were not able to help me with my transaction.

The positive things I can say about this particular Bank of America is that most of the staff is Bilingual speaking both English and Spanish. They are helpful once you get past waiting in line. In addition, this location has a...
