BE CAREFUL!! PLEASE READ!! IS FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT!! Picture included of metal INSIDE BRACELET! I was happy with this place, until I wasn't. My fiancé brought me a bracelet for my birthday back in Aug. Last week I noticed the bracelet broke, it de attached from the end piece. To my surprise, the bracelet which my fiancé paid a lot of money for (since it was very thin) had a piece of metal inside for weight! I am sorry, but to us, and a lot of people we mention the incident to, IS FRAUD. We called the owner, and he tried to give us an stupid explanation in how a bracelet needed to have that piece inside. We know gold! OBVIOUSLY, the metal piece inside was there to get more money based on the weight of the piece. The owner basically told us to take him to court in a very disrespectful language. Not even recognizing he is doing wrong. My fiancé also brought a cross for his chain the same day, and just because he took it to get blessed by a priest, he doesn't want to open it apart to see what is the sound it makes when he shakes it. I am VERY DISAPOINTED, we felt robbed! They get you offering blue label while you buy, making you feel you are important and that they have the best merchandise and in reality, is a SCAM! METAL SHOULD NEVER BE INSIDE GOLD. IF THEY DID IT TO US, IT CAN BE DONE TO...

If you take out the metal is 2.4 so you sold me it was for weight and nobody went in there screaming you donât have nothing on camera. Youâre a damn liar because I did it on the phone And I did not curse because itâs not the sales peopleâs fault that youâre scamming the customers I even talk to tracks New York in Manhattan New York City and they told me youâre scamming the people I even sent the pictures to them. Did you even offer to give you the money back? No, you didnât. You hung up the phone before you hung up you said take me to court.. You are scamming the people your own people can you imagine that and then you lie and say you have it on camera why donât you show the people the camera...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at Miral Jewelers. I went in with my Tudor BB58 GMT wanting to swap the rivet-style bracelet for a Jubilee strap I purchased from Uncle Straps. To my surprise, they refused to do the work and told me it âwasnât allowed.â
Iâve been collecting watches for years and have never once heard of a jeweler refusing a simple bracelet swapâespecially when itâs a straightforward aftermarket part. Itâs not like I asked them to modify the case or movement. Just a strap change.
Their refusal made me feel dismissed and left me questioning their knowledge and customer service. A good jeweler should be able to handle something this basic, or at least explain why instead of just turning a customer away. Instead, I walked out frustrated and will not be...
