Waste of time. Extremely poor customer service.
After searching the web I found the lamps I would like at CA Modern. I emailed them to see if there was a business discount available and was told no. However, I was given a new customer code. I then called before making my purchase as the price online did not match price on the website. At which point I did discover there was a business discount for orders over $1,000.
Then, I was told the ads always pull the lowest price variant so this may be the cause of the discrepancy (very deceiving). However, upon further investigation they found the price pulled was not even correct. In fact, it was marked wrong online.
So, I decided to order the the original lamp only to be told this price was not correct either and that someone would contact me for the online division. Jennifer, the woman I spoke with was very nice, however, no one contacted me. They just cancelled my order.
Keep in mind, I had already placed the order and received my confirmation. And wasted over 90 minutes placing my order.
As an owner of a DTC business I was appalled by the service. They should have honored my price and lost some profit, but not a lost a customer. Especially, one who helped bring the issue to their attention.

As we looked around the store we sat down as the manager Jennifer Altadonna was helping other customers to wait for her to ask about a table. Might I add she did not greet us as we entered the establishment, instead she walked over to us to ask us to not sit on the furniture in the store, as she reminded us the chair cost $10,000. We immediately got up from the seat as she seemed as if she did not want to help us she simply wanted the three black women out of her store. Then afterwards I attempted to have a courageous conversation with her about how she could have handled that conversation with a little more tack. Instead she became defensive and then threatened to call the police. Which is simply puzzling as all I asked for was the other employees name that was yelling at me as I was trying to speak with her. Additionally, per Jesse's response: One of the things a good furniture store should offer is consultation (customer service). These chairs did not get delivered on a pallet (as Jesse referenced below) and they weigh a combined total of about 40 lbs. I reached out several times to see if the additional $250 service/white glove service was absolutely necessary and they provided NO advice only alluding to the fact that it was recommended. No Way did we need white glove service for three very light unpalletized boxes. Finally, the only time Jesse corresponded with us was to reply to this google review. Never did he/she reach out to provide any customer service during the entire 7 months it took to attain this furniture from CA Modern (a.k.a. Circle Art at Home).
