Cruise Terminal E — Local services in Miami

Terrible...parking Full all time..nothing available....horrible...some parking under the sun ..bad...others building parking dirty gross foul...people left baby pampers around the parking...also garbage in the ground.....1 small Bathroom for terminal...full of roaches 🪳🪳🦟🪰🪰 disgusting smell terrible .No seats available if you want to wait for somebody...terrible... Restaurant..only 1 far away from terminal B and worst from Royal Caribbean...no vending machines...no bottle water....if it's raining will be a nightmare.,..sometimes drivers as Uber left you in the wrong terminal and you have to walk miles in the middle of the street....Nobody reports anything...Virgin a new terminal disgusting with the parking...dirty smell terrible...the Worst Port terminal in the World...if you compare with Italy Turkey...anyone of any country much better than Port of Miami 1 million times.... Customer Service Booth Information don't exit...you have to Google at least 20 times to get updates before go to this Port...my recommendation...Google before to go there....The Port of Miami authorities don't do anything for years... elevators in some terminals 40 years old as the Miami International AIRPORT.... terrible too... Port of Miami Authorities as the Port of Miami Director in their luxury offices don't go to the terminal to inspect in DETAILS everything...so...they really don't care...Parkings with 3 floors are Very very old at least 30 years...I guess...maybe more....the apparently new ...5 years...Virgin or NCL parking only 3 floors high...really...they need 7 floors or 9 floors parking for future ships with 6000 or 10.000 passenger will be necessary...they have also to build a MetroMover as in downtown to go through the whole terminal to transport guess SAFETY to one terminal to another...also for EMPLOYEES....the Miami county receive billions of money with the Port cargo and ships...where is tge money to have a modern Port? Corruption and Communism in Miami....they don't built nothing...they destroy everything as in Cuba Venezuela...and others country....Again..MIAMI PORT OF MIAMI...WORST PORT IN THE WORLD....BE PREPARED WHEN YOU GO TO THIS PORT... ANYTHING CAN...

Our MSC Divina used this port in January this year. The experience with the terminal was bad. First, it is very disorganized because you have no idea where it is the drop-off area. But the worst is the baggage handlers begging for tips, they keep asking for tips that it gives you the idea that they will throw away for baggage. It makes you think twice if you really want to drop-off your baggage for convenience or if you prefer to drag your baggage with you 'til the...

We boarded on MSC Magnifica on this terminal. MSC doesn't show exactly where to go on their website. There is a parking in front, but it is not covered, and spaces are limited. There is a covered parking on terminal D, so you have to walk a little. We boarded on Friday, and we left Monday morning. Parking was $66. Check-in was fast, and customs on arrival were using facial recognition to speed up...
