The Miami Yacht Club is a remarkable private boating and sailing club nestled in Miami, steeped in a rich history that adds to its allure. With a history dating back decades, the club has maintained its prestigious reputation as a hub for boating and sailing enthusiasts. At the helm of this institution is Manager Jeffrey, whose exceptional rapport with members has cemented his role as a pillar of the club. His dedication to fostering a close-knit community is evident in the genuine relationships he shares with all members. The club's food and drink program is a testament to old Florida tradition, offering a culinary experience that pays homage to its roots. The kitchen staff, predominantly Bahamian, infuses their cultural influence into the menu, creating a unique fusion of flavors that delights the palate. Marcel, a standout server at the club, brings an infectious, carnival-like personality to the table, elevating the dining experience and leaving a lasting impression on all who visit. Beyond its dining excellence, the Miami Yacht Club also caters to families, boasting a kids' sailing program that ensures the love for sailing is passed down to younger generations. The club's commitment to the sport extends even further, as it proudly hosts the US Olympic sailing team for training sessions. The heartwarming aspect of the Miami Yacht Club lies in its ability to forge enduring connections across generations. Families who have been part of the club for years, even decades, create a sense of tradition and belonging that adds immeasurable value to the club's legacy. In conclusion, the Miami Yacht Club is more than just a boating and sailing club; it's a time-honored institution that weaves together history, camaraderie, culinary excellence, and the joy of sailing. With its dedicated staff, passionate members, and a vibrant atmosphere, the club continues to be a treasured haven for those seeking an authentic Miami experience.

If you’re looking for a unique and genuine yachting experience in Miami, the Miami Yacht Club is the place to be. Located right on Biscayne Bay, it offers stunning waterfront views that make for an unforgettable setting, whether you’re there for boating, socializing, or simply relaxing. The club has an authentic Miami vibe that sets it apart from other, more commercialized venues. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the community from the moment you walk in. With a variety of sailing programs, social events, and fantastic dining options, there’s something for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned sailor or just starting out. Plus, they really prioritize keeping the club accessible and family-friendly, which gives it a warm, laid-back feel that’s hard to find elsewhere. What’s truly special about the Miami Yacht Club is how it stays true to its roots while offering modern amenities. It’s a rare find in Miami—a genuine spot for yachting enthusiasts and anyone looking to experience Miami’s beauty and culture up close. Highly recommended for anyone who values authenticity and a welcoming community on the water.

Stayed here three nights, had a great time. Our son was turning two while here so we enjoyed taking him to jungle island, Pretty much the only other thing on Watson island besides the YC. Jeffrey the manager was happy to have us and we had a splendid time. Fun dingy rides to Miami Beach and all around. Carlos and David the dock hands were great. The commodore was nice and greeted us. You can get 50 amp power at the T dock if you have a 30amp cord and a splitter. The 30 amp receptacles are 30’ apart so you need a spare 30a cord to use a splitter here. Fantastic food and pool. They allow dogs and it’s just a real laid back classic club that represents Miami well. Not as snooty as the other clubs in the vicinity. It feels like home.
