This store has the worse customer service I ever seen. April 16 2024 at around 4.15pm the cashier and the supervisor gave me the worse service. I bought something small, a kitchen gadget, but change my mind and wanted to return it because I saw the same gadget at the next store Dollar tree for less than half the price . They couldn't return me my money back and I had my receipt and everything. They say something ead wrong with the cash register.and to come back another day I paid with my credit card , and they couldn't give.me my money back. They didn't want to help at all But the.most important matter here is the way they handle me , infriendly, rude, not even looking in my eye, the cashier yelling at the top of her lungs like if she was in her 3rd world country, Haiti, barely spoke English, dirty in appearance, but most of all RUDE the bottom line she threw my gadget at me and told me can't give you a return......I will never ever go back to that store again. Besides that everything there is cheaply made, and on top. . You !!! DD's empkoyers !!! employing undesirable employees treating customers like pests. Those people need to be fired immediately or that store is going out of business with scary dirty and unpolite employees like those 2 colored women, nasty is putting it very mildly . Is that is how you do business dd's??dad's??? Oh and they told us to come back in 30 minutes and we did, and they told us to go make the long line just to see if the register was working instead of giving us priority there was only one cashier a very very long line and the Supervisor was just sitting behind the counter It was a disgusting nightmare the experience I had. I know a lot of people and word of mouth is strong You are going to loose out with what happened April 16 at around 4.pm to 4.41pm ......you need to train or fire those people Dd's no more. And I will go to the last consequences here because I will get a hold of corporate and those idiots won't have a job very soon Tomorrow I will get a hold of the manager if that...

Absolutely fantastic store for casual dressing, comfortable sneakers shoes little household items everything for the house in small sizes. I only had one issue which was the checkout counter, no signs more than confusing and the two people that run that store are the security could not be more helpful, impeccable manners and a willingness to help you on the other hand I have never experienced rudeness like I did with it to cashiers yelling at me then I was in the wrong place standing the simple answer to this putting up large signs where it tells you where the line starts in one big sign. It would be very helpful and it would eliminate embarrassment and humiliation to the first-time customers. Went in to return items and most importantly get a refund for a questionable charge on my receipt, the manager Ishara, was so unpleasant in providing customer service. I was charged for an item that was not in my bag and I even questioned what it was and no one could tell me what it was. She stated that she had to go watch the surveillance camera before allowing my refund, which i understand because i am a customer service mgr myself. Her attiude with handling this situation was not pleasant and definitely not customer friendly. She never replaced my items in the bags, she just pushed everything to me to bag and walked away.
