The Hype Behind this Place is Not Accurate! This Must be a Pepper and Salt Place (If they even Put that on there Food before they Throw those Things on the Smoker (And Yes People, it's a Smoker... Not a Grill Very Big Difference in your End Result) Everything was Bland and Monotone It Just Tasted Like Smoke (Like Where was the Spices/Seasonings? No Onion Powder, Garlic powder, Paprika, Cayenne, Chipotle Powder Ect) There was No Rub Placed upon these Meats if you ask Me cause I Couldn't Taste Anything besides Smoke (So if they Do use Spices/Seasoning they Need to be a bit More Liberal with it cause that was Pitiful) Thank God For their Sauce cause it was a Saving Grace being Sweet & Savory (It was Clear that they Make it using the Drippings off of their Meats to make the Sauce cause it gets Jelly like as Soon as it gets a Little Chill on it, Had to Smear it on My Hot Food and watch it Melt) Now let's talk about the Mac & Cheese (It Seems as if they Just Boiled the Pasta and Threw Cheddar Cheese into it. Once again No Seasoning or anything else, They Could've Put some Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Heavy Cream, Butter & Salt at Least to give it some kind of Flavor Profile) The Collard Greens were Good, The Season Rice was Good, The Corn Bread was Good (But they put a Little to much Baking Powder had that Funny Taste that all Baked Goods get when you do that) They Give you a Good Amount of Food for the Price you Pay but the Flavors need a Little more Attention (Honesty I'm Sure you Can make Better BBQ at your Home (I Know I can) Also Don't get Caught with their $3 All Beef Hot Dog like We did (It was supposed to be a 12" Dog but when we Opened the Wrapper it was just 2 Regular Walmart Dogs out of a Regular Pack... I was Pissed but had a Good Laugh as Well lol) Also Shows you Where they do their Shopping Like those Cakes they Got Out Front Soaking Up all that Daily Heat.(They got Covers but Come on Guys those things should be Refrigerated) My Last thing to talk about is the Wait Time (Now I know all the Food is Cooked in the Back Already, Why did it take those Guys 20 mins to Chop Some Ribs & Chicken, Slice a Few Oz of Brisket, Scoop some Mac, Rice, Potato salad, Collards & throw a Corn Bread and Hot Dogs in a Wrapper?!? We were the Only ones there smh) When all said and Done it was Ok Edible Food with More Misses than Hits for me & I don't think...

Tyra Mail! I called Bo Leggs Barbecue before I left the house to make sure they had smoked turkey legs and got there they didn't have any. He saw the big disappointment on my face. I then asked if they had any ribs and they didn't have any and even more disappointment on my face. Then he said I want to make it right and advised to buy a small order of chicken and he would give me a large. I told him I was tired of chicken. He then said they have brisket and to try it and if I like it he would give me a whole dinner with collard greens and rice for the price of just half of pound of the brisket. I sampled it and it was so tender and good. I told him I would take the brisket and collard greens but could keep the rice. He said what you don't like rice and I told him I only eat it by spell so he asked if I like bake beans so I said yes. The half of pound of brisket is $15 and the sides are $5 each. To sum it up he give me the dinner for $12.50 which was more than half of pound brisket both sides free and plus three extra barbecue sauce which is a dollar each but free too. Orderrd a chicken dinner with Mac and cheese , greens, side of seasoned rice and a slice of pie. The chicken was the best thing. Wish I would have asked for just a chicken sandwich or something . The Mac and cheese was more like boiled elbows no cheese maybe only on top.. but my scoop was just plain boiled elbows. No cheese and no flavor. The greens were dry. Never know that was possible. And the season rice taste like a pound of salt in a cup. I could habd done tequila shots with how much salt was in the rice. Last but not keast the pie. Tasted like pure nutmeg . It's sad because this was my second time going there in over a year. There's far better BBQ places in Miami . I have to give you at lessl one star since no stars isnyi an option.
